The Heart of Huntsville ♥️ Brand new beautiful home with breathtaking views nestled in the mountains and on the lake in Huntsville Utah. Perfect location for quick and easy access to Snow Basin, Pineview reservoir, and Causey. Amazing get away for snow skiers and snowmobilers in the winter and water sports and hiking trails in the summer. Also a large private hot tub on back patio.
Home is part of a gated community that share a pool, hot tub, walking path, pickle ball court, fire pit, and beach access.
With availability to accommodate 10 adults; this 5 bedroom and 5 1/2 bathrooms, two family room, huge main floor kitchen and basement kitchen- this property is perfect for groups who want to be together but still have personal space. There’s a heated and air conditioned garage with a ping pong table as well as boot dryers for your snow gear. The mud room has a full size washer and dryer with ample space to hang and store your snow clothes or beach gear. The heated tile floors in the bathrooms are a necessity on cold winter days and the large steam showers are fantastic to use all year round.
Two long furnished decks (including a barbecue grill) and a patio with a see through fireplace provide room for everyone to enjoy the views outdoors.

Ski Trip

We had a fantastic time at the house in Huntsville. The house was perfect for 2 families. We skied at Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. The hosts were great and helpful. I would definitely highly recommend and would love to go back in the future.

Beautiful House

This house is really special. Tons of little details and an enormous space for three families. We were skiing at Snowbasin for the week and it's a quick 15 minute drive to the hill. There were a couple of minor issues that we reached out to the owners and they were very responsive. We had a great stay.

Beautiful home, stunning view

Just spent a week at the house, we were a 3 generation family traveling out west to ski. House is one of the nicest I've ever booked, fully stocked with anything you could need (esp the kitchen!) and beautifully furnished throughout. Feels like a real home, not a rental. The owners are incredibly responsive and just a pleasure to communicate with. Full stars!

STUPENDOUS, ABSOLUTELY STUPENDOUS

Impressive property! Stunning mountain views from every beautiful window! The perfect floor plan, the well appointed kitchen, the drawers of games and the hot tub made our time here so fun! We watched the snow fall while snug in the lush beautiful bedrooms and enjoyed amazing steam showers. Every convenience, every comfort and beauty beyond! The property owners were kind and accommodating! Loved every minute of our stay. We are already planning our return trip to this area and this beautiful home!

Spring break with friends and family - ski trip

Words can’t begin to describe how beautiful and comfortable this property is. You will want for nothing - there is a place for everyone. The reader, the board gamer, the movie watcher, ping pong players, and the cook(s) who bring everyone together for meals. The view alone will take away any troubles away you came with. Todd and Lisa are so kind to work with and know how to make you welcome and never want to leave. Thank you for a great place to lay our heads after long days of skiing.

Steps to the lake worth every penny

We were right on the lake and close to everything. Such beautiful views, and magestic mountains all around us. The house had every amenity you could think of, really. Crunchy ice maker, Did I mention a hot tub, steam showers with like 6 shower heads, towel warmers, zero gravity king beds in every room . My sons and nephews played ping pong in the garage non stop.. three decks allowed for the fam to spread out I love this place, so glad we paid a little extra for so much more, especially water access , nothing behind you but water and nothing to the side, not stuck in between two other homes was def worth it. Surround sound , massive tvs , GORGEOUS KITCHEN UP AND DOWN, oh the kids bunkhouses downstairs are the best with 8 beds full tvs chairs.. they won't bug at all. Book it book it.

What a fantastic home and great service! The house was exactly as described. Beds were comfy. Linens great. Toiletries high quality. Like staying at a hotel!And I have to commend the cleanliness and how it was stocked and organized. The kitchen had everything we needed. I will certainly be looking for this property again when I visit next!
