→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Millerbnbs furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, and one paper towel roll. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

→ TOWELS - We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, along with 1 hand towel for each bathroom and 1 kitchen towel per stay.

→ PARKING - Two parking passes are included in your reservation. Guests will be able to park in the covered parking garage and use the pedestrian walkover bridge to access both Towers.

→ SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable $300 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit—including towels and linens—the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

Great Spring Break Stay at the Majestic

We had a wonderful time (party of four) at the condo this March. Logan was a wonderful host, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable week at the beach. We would love to return--the location is ideal, and the rental is charming.

Great place to stay!

We had an incredible experience staying here! The property was beautiful and it was so great that it was right on the beach with the opportunities for pools/hot tubs as well! Logan made the check-in and out process so easy and was easily reachable if we needed anything! The property was very clean, and provided us with everything we needed during our stay. Super happy with this property, the owner, and the overall experience!

Spring Break Fun

Great location. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Easy in and out of the parking garage. It felt secure. Nicely furnished condo. It had everything we needed and then some. We would go back. Logan was very helpful and wonderful to work with for our vacation.

Best on the beach!

This is the perfect place to stay! The location of the property and that it is on the 22nd floor with a great layout and all of the extras you will need. Just like a home away from home. Plenty of cookware and so much room to relax. Master bedroom is on the water and the balcony is big and roomy enough to dine outside. Logan is the best to deal with as she is very prompt with answers for any questions. I would definitely recommend for anyone.

Very nice views and the middle of everything.

The location is exactly what we hoped for. Not to far from anywhere but still not a lot of traffic. We were here during spring break and noticed other places were heavily congested but leaving this property we had zero problems. The property was very nice and for the price I considered it a good value. I would recommend updating the furniture and new mattresses. I would definitely return to this unit if those updates were made.

Great property with tons of amenities

We stayed the last week of March - first impression of the unit was that it was clean, nice furniture, well stocked kitchen. The amenities onsite between Towers 1 & 2 were great - several indoor heated pools, and three heated jacuzzis. Also, the grill/bar in Tower 1 had reasonable drinks (but I'm from Chicago and I'm accustomed to horrendous drink prices). We did encounter some partying noise a couple of nights, from groups in units above us and next door, in one case into the early morning hours - but a call to security and they were quick to pay the partiers a visit. Since the city imposed a ban on alcohol at the beach between March 1 and March 31, the partying likely moved inside late at night. With that said, my kids were so exhausted from a day of activities, they fell asleep regardless.

Disappointed

The condo was unclean. Shower in the master was dirty and moldy. The floor was disgusting. The pullout couch had napkins and plastic used baggies behind it. The guest room had no bed skirt and the liner from the box spring was hanging down. The refrigerator was rusted on the side and covered up with paint that was peeling/ bubbling. The sliding glass doors were not cleaned, the sheets were still wet that were folded for the pullout bed in the living room and the balcony had bird droppings in the table and was also filthy. The Management contact came and cleaned the shower and offered to come back the next day to clean the floor. I told them there was no need. It should have been clean upon entry. I have been traveling to the majestic for the last 9 summers, we have never had this kind of problem with any other property on site. We will not stay in this condo again.

Hi all, my name is Logan Lambeth! I grew up coming to PCB visiting family, and specifically Majestic, throughout my childhood. My wife was born and raised here in Bay County and I've had the pleasure of joining her and calling this city home for over 3 years!

I've been around the Majestic Beach Towers for over 10+ years now as a vacationer and a local management co-owner so I am well versed to answer any questions one may have in regards to their stay. In regards to hosting, I get great joy from helping families and groups experience what I know is the best beach in America!

I'm just a phone call/text away during your stay and truly only want the most satisfaction out of your visit.

Majestic is one of the, if not the, most well-run and amenitized resorts in Bay County. The central location of restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions makes Majestic a very special community.

What makes this property unique

This condo is the largest 2-bedroom layout available at Majestic. No shortage of space here. Upgraded countertops and brand-new living room furniture as of 11/23. The primary room has gulf views and the unit is decorated thoughtfully.
