Beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath non-smoking guesthouse is located in back of our main house property on a quiet,peaceful street.
Serene comfortable hideaway near Atlanta airport.
Plenty of private parking and safe access to guesthouse fully fenced.
Super Comfortable & cozy. House includes stainless steel refrigerator, stove & coffee maker. Includes, Wi-fi, Netflix/ Prime/ firestick, hammock & year round fire pit. Access to huge 33,000 gallon salt water pool opened from May - October
The space
Very tranquil quiet area to sit outside in front of guest house and connect with nature. Enjoy the private fenced yard from neighbors to sunbathing in big lounge chairs next to pool or relaxing swinging in hammock. Enjoy a campfire at the fire pit. Perfect 9' foot pool with diving board that's always clean, If you don't want to swim or not comfortable with deep end, go to shallow end (3' feet) to just float around the pool on provided pool floats chairs. *Pool is not heated.
Great location close to parks, lakes, and trails. Great getaway from the city without being far from the city.

Guest access

*Guesthouse is located in the back of our property.
Guest have access to Guest house, Firepit, and pool area.

Our home, Balcony attached to our home, shed in back and all other areas are off limits to guest
Other things to note
*Must be at least 25 years old to book
*Guest who booked must be ID verified, proof of age via state ID, passport, etc. to host
*Only person that booked
reservation can check in,
No 3rd party bookings are allowed.
*POOL OPENS MIDDLE OF APRIL CLOSES END OF OCTOBER
(4) guest max, no additional overnight guest .
( Exceeding the max number of 4 guests overnight will be grounds to leave with no refund)
*No parties/ events
*No smoking Inside Guesthouse
($400 fee will be charged to guests who smoke inside the house.)
*No glass container, bottles, etc. at pool
*Pool hours end at 11 pm
**No children under 12 on property**
(Not child proofed/unsuitable for children)
**Children under 15 MUST be accompanied by Adult at POOL at ALL times
*No more than (6) people at pool at one time.

Due to the pandemic and new rules, the trash company only picks up trash in trash bags. Please ensure no loose trash is put in large trash can outside of guesthouse
