Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used towels, blankets, throws and sheets in hampers. Leave quilts in pile on bed. Turn off water pump. Withdraw awning.
Turn off oven or stove top. Shut off AC’s. Leave property the way you found it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time 10:00 pm. No pets on property unless they are part of the rental agreement. Clean up all dog feeces. And dispose of properly.
Please leave the house as you find it. Put all bedding and towels in hampers. Shut off water pump, lights and air conditioners.
Remove garbage from house and put in large outside garbage can located in rear of deck. Do not walk in gardens.

The four of us older guys had a great 2 night stay. While the pictures show a sort of "rustic" cabin, the place was far far from it. Nestled in a nice area, the cabin was very well appointed, with plenty of supplies and even had a nice welcoming gift. Beds were very comfortable, with many plush towels. Communication with Carla was very timely and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Cottage was very clean, Host was excellent and accommodating. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Fresh flowers awaited us upon arrival. Area is peaceful yet close to beaches and other fun activities.

Cozy Cabin Get-a-Way

Sweet cabin with beautiful surroundings. I felt like I was in the middle of the woods in New Hampshire. Beautiful porch and yard filled with flowers. We were greeted with a vase filled with beautiful flowers and a basket of homemade Rhode Island items. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at this cozy cottage was 100% the best we could have hoped for! We were so impressed at the neatness and cleanliness of this little cottage, and the added perks were such a happy surprise. Coffee, water, firewood and a little gift, too! Immaculate bathroom, towels and linens provided. Carla is the sweetest person and really makes her guests feel welcome and cared for. We would definitely rent this cottage again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cabin near URI! The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was fantastic—communication was clear and friendly, and check-in was a breeze. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck, spending evenings around the fire pit, and the beautiful yard and flower garden. The welcome basket of Rhode Island delicacies was a thoughtful touch and gave us a taste of the local flavor. This cabin made the perfect home base for our family while we moved our twins into college. We’d happily stay here again!

Adorable cottage

Secluded cottage perfect for a couple or small family. Large yard for play. Close to beach, town for shopping, URI. Host provided water, bouquets, and turned on ac before our arrival. TV and both indoor/outdoor games available. Nice deck and fire pit with plenty of comfortable seating, including play blanket and pack-n-play for infants. Will rent again for next year’s cousins reunion.

This property has been in my family for about 100 years. It is tranquil, beautiful and calming. There are a lot of wild animals that come here, birds, deer, rabbits, ground hogs, and foxes. I love the sound of natures song. During you stay sit on the deck and listen to the songs of our surroundings.
