staff was amenable and cooperative.

We were happy with the unit where we stayed. it was comfortable and well appointed. It was also well located for our purposes. we also want to thank the staff for helping to meet our needs as we are elderly, and requiring some special placement.

The Room Was Misrepresented

We reserved a room with two queen beds, but got a room with one bed. We also told the front desk that the room smelled strongly of smoke, but the desk did not offer any alternative. This hotel was awful!
