Area offers many types of adventure: Golf, Hiking/Biking, State Parks (Niagara Falls and Letchworth Park), Theme Parks, Antique shops, Ski resorts, Eight miles from quaint village of East Aurora and its several restaurants, shopping, theatre and more. Downtown Buffalo approx 30 minute drive.

Borderland visit

A Beautiful Place to Stay

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Any problems we encountered were quickly and efficiently resolved. The scenery was magnificent. The house is in a rural area. You must be careful to avoid hitting deer.

Beautiful property

Great view east into the hills and windmills. I liked to do my morning coffee and relax on the patio with some good music. Notable points: - Grill is propane and good size for whatever you want to cook - Internet bandwidth is surprisingly good (enough to support remote work and many devices) - Fire pit is perfect for cozy summer/fall fires - Many local restaurant/Grocery options but also only 30 min away from many more in downtown Buffalo. Best of both worlds. - Living area and bedroom furniture were very comfortable.
