Spectacular OCEANFRONT home with Private Swimming Pool.

This beautiful oceanfront home has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms which sleeps up to 22 people. Each bedroom is equipped with flat screen tv's, dvd players, clock radios, and beautiful nautical bedding and decorations.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators with icemakers, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. An abundance of dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and skillets are available for your dining needs. Dining accomodations include a large dining table and chairs, kitchen island with bar stools for inside dining, and there are numerous tables and chairs plus a large picnic table around the pool area for outside dining.

Other ammenities of this beautiful home are washer, dryer, gas grill, ceiling fans, outside shower, wi-fi internet access, non-smoking environment, linen packages available and a private pool with huge deck. The pool can be heated for an add'l charge.

A short walk from this beautiful home is the fishing pier, putt putt, ice cream shops and shopping.

The peaceful views of the ocean from the living room windows is priceless. You can watch the dolphins as they swim so close to shore that you can almost touch them. You can usually spot them twice a day as they playfully swim along the shoreline.

The sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the living room, the deck rocking chairs, and the master bedroom balconies as you relax in this beautiful coastal setting. This home is perfect for family get-togethers, small beach weddings, church retreats, and golfing vacations. Parking for up to 12 cars. For guest safety and security nest cameras are installed in parking area. The beach is a shell paradise with an abundance of beautiful shells in all sizes and colors. Ocean Isle Beach stretches seven miles east to west and is centrally located between Myrtle Beach, SC and Wilmington, NC with each city just 45 minutes away. The drive to Calabash, Nc is just a short 15 minute drive and has numerous restaurants and shops. The drive to North Myrtle Beach is only 30 minutes.

Great for an extended family

We had 16 family members between 1 and 80 and all had a great time. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. No complaints, we would stay here again!

Great week!

Fabulous porch with five sliding chairs that look out over a lovely pool, the dunes and onto the ocean. Inside the house all the walls are nicely painted and the kitchen is well equipped

Great property for big groups

this place has 7 bedrooms with their own bathrooms , which is perfect for a group of friends! lots of space to gather, especially on the poolside deck! great views and access to the beach/ocean as well . 2 refrigerators and propane grills meant plenty of room to store and cook, especially with the well stocked utensil drawers. we especially enjoyed watching from the deck the dolphins and sunfish just offshore ! the beach is wide and the ships are less than a mile’s walk away. great property!

Well kept and comfortable...

House was in a great location, was kept clean, and had well maintained deck and pool PERFECT for relaxing! Overall, the house was very accommodating. All rooms were equipped with video streaming products for individual entertainment at night which was great for the kids but our only critique is that the speed/signal in some rooms wasn't quite enough to watch video. All in all, a great place to stay and would absolutely do it again!

Great Place to Vacation

We took a family vacation (18 of us) from ages 1-68 and we all loved the house! The location is amazing, walking right out to the beach was so nice and allowed everyone to choose where they wanted to be for the day. The pool is nice and the deck is perfect...the rockers were well used during our stay. Everyone’s rooms were as described. The town is cute and everything is within a 15 minute walk. The fishing pier is another great stop, it’s easy to dock your boat and the tiki bar has amazing food, drinks, and of course views. Myrtle is a short drive away for all of your shopping needs. If you are looking for a vacation home, this is the spot. We will definitely return to this amazing house!

Great weekend trip with my cousins

Really enjoyed our stay here - liked the layout of the house and the large back deck was fantastic, particularly the gated area so they kids couldn't immediately run into the pool. Also helpful to have 2 fridges for this many people. Only real negative was the dishwasher wasn't working when we stayed, but honestly with tons of people it was just as easy to wash things the 'old school' way with a sink full of soapy water. Communication with owner was also good - quick and thorough, he even called me the day we were checking in to see if I had any questions. Thanks!

Love Ocean Isle

This is difficult to describe. The property needs updating and it was very shabby-not shabby chic.Almost all the furniture was in bad shape. -BUT, It was a family vacation and everyone greatly appreciated the private bathrooms for each bedroom. However, we had to clean nearly everything before we could use it. The bathrooms were wiped clean but the toilets had not seen a brush under the rims...The floors were dirty, the silverware and utensil drawers filthy, the coffee maker still had old coffee grounds left in it, the pots and pans had stuck on food, the woodwork is grungy, the outer doors were black (and it wiped off easily). There were no cleaning products so we had to go buy everything including a decent broom and dustpan to get all the sand out of the rooms. The vacuum cleaner had not been emptied in forever and barely worked until we cleaned it. There were work clothes left in a drawer in one of the bedrooms from a previous tenant. The pool had a green ring around the edge that also was cleanable but the water was clear. The pool man came midweek and cleaned the pool edge etc. The owner was advised and he sent the cleaning lady back but by that time I had a house full of children and adults and had cleaned most of everything possible. We left the place waaay better than we found it. I asked for a partial refund of the cleaning fee...No Dice. We left no linens, towel, etc. (had to rent them ourselves) The beds were made as we found them, all counters and dishware had been washed and put away, all appliances shined, all surfaces disinfected and polished, all floors swept. We left no trash. The deck and pool area are great. The beach was great. The rooms worked out ok. but bring your own pillows. The owner was very available. The ceiling in the living room is very damaged and needs repair. I think this could be a great house if the furniture was replaced and the most obvious items taken care of. I understand it is a beach house rental...but no excuse for showing pretty pics that are not accurately representative of the unit.

Thanksgiving Gathering

We were a large group of adults and children. Plenty of room to spread out. Great outdoor space. The town was walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The owner of the property was great to work with and very responsive to any request.

Spacious and comfortable beach house

The house had plenty of space for our four families and fourteen people. It was great to have a bathroom with every bedroom. The kitchen was also well stocked. Best feature was the pool and deck area.

Perfect Balance

We—an extended family with 14 adults, 1 young teen, and 2 children—loved our week at OIB Chillin’! The house was large enough to spread out and had great common areas, too. We appreciated the two refrigerators and grills. The view from the deck was great—both the vastness of the ocean and the delightful family of foxes living in the dunes. We also enjoyed that it was turtle-hatching season, and we’re able to observe the important work of the volunteers monitoring the eggs. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing family time.

Our group ranged from 3-84. You can’t beat the location, outdoor area, and pool. My mom was able to walk down to the beach and loved sitting in the shade in a rocker watching the pool activity. The little guys really loved the pool as well as adults. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. Quiet beach area. Would stay again. Owner was superb with communication.

Awesome vacation!!

We have a wonderful week at OIB Chillin' and plan to return next year! With 15 adults, it was great for everyone to have their own bedroom and bath. Our favorite spot was definitely the outdoor pool area - from rocking on the porch to swimming in the pool to sunning on the deck to eating our meals outdoors! The house is very well equipped and having two refrigerators was a HUGH plus, especially with that many adults in one house! Wayne (the property owner) was an absolute pleasure - very responsive and helpful!

Family Beach Trip

We greatly enjoyed our stay at OIB Chillin’. The house was in a wonderful location right on the ocean. The large deck and pool made it easy to be outside and eat our dinners together. The house with its plentiful bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our family. We appreciated the clear communications with the owner. Highly recommend this property to anyone.
