Our rock cottage has been fully remodeled. It has rustic decor & a very spacious living room & bathroom. Lots of special features in the bathroom. Large yard & lots of parking space! Quiet little getaway right in the middle of Menard, Tx.

Perfect Stay

The first thing I noticed was how nice and fresh everything smelled. Very clean, thoughtfully put together, and a really sweet host! We will choose this spot any time we stay in Menard. Thank you for hosting us for a short but enjoyable night stay!

Night at the rock cottage

We spent a night at the rock cottage after a star party at Fort McKavett. The cottage was cute & clean. We slept well and enjoyed the coffee (Keurig packets) and light snacks that were provided before heading out in the morning.

Quiet and very nice

Great accommodations. Tucktaway so it’s nice and quiet and secluded. Covered parking was awesome. Great host. Will definitely stay there again.
