The Palms at Wailea #1305 is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath air conditioned condo located on Maui's sunny, southwest shore. From the lanai, you have a spectacular ocean view to the west, the impressive Haleakala volcano to the east with and incredible, colorful gardens surrounding you. This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, high speed internet, sleeps six adults comfortably, and has boogie boards, beach towels and beach chairs available.

This prime location provides immediate access to Wailea's pristine, beaches, where swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, and scuba diving are easily available. Wailea is known for its world renowned golf courses, fine and casual dining, and specialty shops.

My family had a great stay at Angela’s place. We loved how close it was to the pool, we enjoyed sunset views from the lanai, and we used the kitchen daily for meal prep. My only suggestion would be to replace the washer/dryer as it’s quite old and small. The sleeper sofa wasn’t very comfortable either, but could be easily fixed with a memory foam mattress. Aside from that, we had a great stay and appreciated all the beach amenities that were provided.

Our visit started out with a few hiccups, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was quickly resolved. Their attentiveness truly made a difference and set the tone for a fantastic stay. The condo’s location near the pool was perfect for relaxing and easy access, and the beds were super comfortable—which is always a plus after long days exploring Maui. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook at home, making it feel like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

This condo was perfect!

The location was the best part with the massive lanai that is so close to the pool. Kids loved it. The property is so laid back and low key. We would stay here again, for sure!

Home away from Home

The condo is fantastic. It was very clean and nicely updated. It is close to the pool which we loved. The complex is very well maintained. The lanai is huge and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels that were provided which was perfect for our beach days. We loved staying here and will be back again.

Perfect in Paradise

The condo is fantastic, it was our second time in the unit. The location is perfect, overlooking the pool while having morning coffee and being able to quickly access the condo from the pool to refresh a drink or grab snack made the trip even better. We loved it and hope to be back.

We love staying in this condo. It’s cozy, updated, well equipped in the kitchen and lots of beach accessories! The very best part is the large lanai, the location to the pool is the best and the furniture is comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at this condo for 2.5 weeks, and loved every day of it. The location was great, the condo was fully stocked, the king bed was exceptionally comfortable, and Cynthia (the owner) was amazing. Great communication and customer service. I'd definitely stay here again!

Fantastic family vacation!!

Our stay in #1305 at Palms at Wailea was absolutely perfect! The close proximity to the pool was so convenient and was a real hit with our girls (ages 8 and 5). The Condo itself was clean and comfortable and our host Cynthia was a pleasure to deal with! The Wailea area is beautiful, super close to a variety of stunning beaches, shops and restaurants. We loved this place so much we have booked it again for next year and are already counting down the days!!

Wonderful property

We have stayed at the condo 12 times, and loved it like a second home.Unfortunately, now that the US gov't is attacking and disrespecting Canada, we won't be coming back. And with the US removing all the consumer and health protections for its citizens, it also won't be safe to visit this country anymore.

Family Celebration

What a wonderful stay! My husband and I shared this condo with my 80 year old gramma and our 5 year old son. We had family on site in two additional condos The proximity to the pool was perfect and the condo had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Mahalo!

Well kept 2b + 2b condo in Wailea. Ideal location off of the main road and close to the pool. Lovely, large lanai, perfect for dining and happy hour. Updates throughout condo, only untouched room was main bathroom. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

After 9 years of staying in #1305, it's become like a second home. Great location and facilities, with local support if you run into problems. New bedroom furniture and rugs this year.

Wonderful Wailea vacation

This condo and property were absolutely perfect. The condo is clean and nicely updated including new kitchen appliances and air conditioning! The kitchen was well stocked with all a family of six needs. The beach chairs and beach towels were a bonus. We loved being next to the pool and spent many hours relaxing on the lanai. Angela our host was very responsive both before and during our stay. We look forward to returning.

Amazing Location

The Palms is one the best locations in terms of value in Wailea. This unit is close to the pool, which is great for kids. You can stay on the lanai and watch them play. The condo is a little outdated and a few things need repaired. That said, it’s quiet, the beds are comfy and it’s well equipped with kitchen items and beach stuff. We had a great time on Maui and would stay here again!

Truly is another day in paradise

We loved our stay at cynthia’s Condo. Location is amazing. Sitting on the lanai every morning, drinking coffe and watching the palm trees dance is what paradise is all about. The closeness of the pool is so fun for people watching and seeing other peoples perspective of this beautiful island. Having all the amenities of home was wonderful. Mahalo nui loa for sharing with us. We will definitely be back and hope to share again in your wonderful condo!

Beautiful

This property is so nice! The condo is nicely updated and the grounds are gorgeous. Love that the pool is just steps away from the lanai. The sunsets are amazing, especially from the lookout. Saw many whales from up there. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Everything you need for the beach is there for you to use. Close to shops and beaches. Angela is very responsive and an excellent host. I would definitely recommend staying here. If we make it back to Maui in the future, I will definitely book here again.

This incredible unit is owned by a family that loves enjoying the Maui sun. We are scattered from California to Montana and Colorado and love taking our families and children to the island. We love the gentle waves of Ulua and Keawakapu beaches which are minutes from the front door, or watching the older kids braving the waves at Big Makena (Big Beach). The unit overlooks the pool which is great for families. We look forward to sharing our slice of paradise with YOU!

Why they chose this property

Wailea is ideally located in South Maui where the weather is nearly perfect every day. Great whale watching from January through April from the nearby beaches or even the lanai at times. Walking distance to world class beaches, resorts, shopping, and dining. The Palms at Wailea offers colorful and beautifully manicured grounds and atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

We love morning walks or runs along the beach path that snakes along the waterfront. We love breakfast on the lanai before heading to our favorite beaches for a day of reading, swimming, walking in the surf, and basking in the warm Maui rays! Then we come home for an afternoon nap on the lanai and then out to dinner at our favorite restaurants or grilling on the lanai. Watching the famous Maui sunsets and listening to the neighbor blow the conch shell at the moment the sun drops below the horizon is a tradition.
