Our fully furnished gulf view condo is located across the street from the beach. The condo is located on the third story with parking on the first level. Enjoy a beautiful sunset from the 27' balcony or from the beautifully decorated living room which has 17' sliding glass doors. Relax and enjoy the sunsets, gulf breezes, and the beautiful white sandy beach. You will simply love this place. New laminate flooring just installed. Just added a 43in hd tv.

Amenities: upgraded kitchen and bath,new laminate flooring just installed , new living room furniture. 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds that can be made into 1 king bed. We also have sheets for each size. Plenty of novels to read while relaxing in this very comfortable condo.

Fantastic and relaxing

The listing for Jim's condo was right on and exactly what we needed for our short stay on the gulf coast. Our little family felt comfortable and well rested thanks to our host! Perfect stay

The condo is fabulous, photos do not show just how lovely it is in real life. Extremely comfortable and well equipped and immaculate. Location could not be better, steps away from beach access and walking distance to many fabulous restaurants. Only regret is we didn't stay longer. Will be back. Thank you Jim

Perfect Location

The condo is 3 stories up with a great view of the ocean from the balcony, living/dining rooms and kitchen. The ocean facing west side of the condo has two large sliding glass doors opening onto the large balcony. Inside the floors is all hardwood. Leather couches for lounging and a six-place dining room table. There is a washer and dryer in the utility room. The two bedrooms have TV’s. One with a queen size bed and the other 2 twins that can push together to make a king size. Ceiling fans in every room. There is a public beach access directly across the 2 lane street. The beach is beautiful with soft sand plenty of shells to find. Three blocks away is a fantastic seafood restaurant(Guppy's) serving oysters, shrimp, fresh fish, crab cakes, scallops and steak. Four blocks away is a great Italian restaurant and pizza is all within walking distance. Three to four miles away is a steak restaurant on the water that also has seafood(Salt Rocks). A little more expensive but worth it. John's Pass is around 6 miles down the road. There you can shop by the ocean and eat at different restaurants on the water. Gators and Bubba Gump restaurants are a few to check out. Great sunsets from the restaurants outside dining areas also. This a great place to spend a month, a week or long weekend. Plenty to do and see. St.Pete and Ft. Desoto(voted best beach in America) are only 30 minutes away if you want more to do and see. We always have a great time.

Great place to stay

This place is great. It’s cute, clean and the beach is right across the street! Stairs to the apartment are quite steep but we had no problem. Plenty of things in the kitchen to cook your own food which we liked and plenty of towels for everyone. Having a washers/dryer were a plus!! The only suggestion I would have is to put a little corner stool in the shower to helo with shaving I Highly recommend this place.

Very clean and very well stocked. A real home away from home with plenty of extra towels, bedding, a small cooler, new flooring and kitchen, comfortable furniture, deck, beach supplies, and nicely decorated. Convenient to everything.

IRB March vacation

Spacious, bright, clean, comfortable condo. It was nice to be up high (top floor, right hand side when looking at the house from the road) for the views of the water across the street. We could even watch people on the beach and see the waves from the living room couches when it was too cold or windy to sit on the awesome huge porch.It's on a busy street so there's traffic noise, but the bedrooms in the back of the condo were nice and quiet for sleeping.Excellent location and good options for walking: along Gulf Blvd for restaurants, shops etc; the cute residential neighborhood behind the building with interesting houses to look at (some very Old Florida beachy); and of course walks for miles on the beaches.We definitely saw evidence of the devastating hurricanes that had ripped through the area fall of 2024, but it wasn't noticeable until we'd been there a few days. It was actually an interesting time to be there to witness all of the rebuilding and construction happening all around. Signs of renewal, hope, and resiliency in this special part of the state.The town of Dunedin to the north is definitely worth a visit (we went twice in one week). Belleair Market in Belleair Bluffs is only an 8 minute drive from the house and a nice option for delicious takeout sandwiches, salads etc if you don't feel like dealing with Publix or traffic to the south.All in all a wonderful stay and we highly recommend Jim's condo. We hope to return soon ourselves. Thanks, Jim!

Good value in Indian Rocks Beach

This condo is in a great location, is very well equipped, and has a very responsive owner. There is plenty of parking, easy access to the beach across the street, and plenty of beach equipment. Many restaurants and parks are within walking distance. As others have mentioned, there are two flights of stairs that are a bit steep. The listing indicates that pets are not allowed, but there were signs that pets had been in the property. If you have any pet allergies be sure to check with the owner to confirm the policy.

Clean property- Great location

Our family of four (two teen daughters) was comfortable in this unit for a week. The location is great- directly across from a beach access point and a block away from a couple restaurants. We were visiting family nearby so we didn't spend a lot of time in the unit, but it was more than adequate. We appreciated the beach towels and two camp chairs that were provided. If you are a beach equipment "junky" you might want to bring your own umbrella and beach chairs. The place was very clean, well stocked, and quiet. The unit is at the top of two flights of stairs- so be aware of this if you have any mobility issues.

Awesome condo 1 block from beach

The pictures on this listing do not do it justice. The bedrooms are spacious, condo is well updated. The host has everything you could think of in this well stocked condo. Walking distance to some good restaurants and the beach is only 1 block away. We loved it for a girls weekend and will definitely book again!!
