Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please leave the 4 beach badges on the kitchen table. Reminder any missing badges cost $100.

Please take all trash and recycling to the dumpster in the parking lot inside the gate.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear.

Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.

Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine. Beach Badges lost are $100 each. These will be claimed from the damage protection.

I loved this property. It is updated and beautiful, plenty of room for 1 or 2 people. Location is super - second house from the boardwalk. I went the week of Labor Day, so it was quiet and not crowded on the beach. All in all, a pretty perfect place to spend a few days enjoying the last days of summer 🌞

Great location, close to beach, close to amusement park (walking distance) but far enough away to be out of all the commotion. Place was clean, and was described acurately. Easy check in. Owner responded to my messages in a timely manner. The 4 passes to beach were a nice addition. Would book again.
