This property is fully stocked for a traveling family. We fed a group and had everything we needed.

Beautiful, peaceful space. Fit the 4 of us very well and we had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and we even found coffee after realizing we forgot ours. So much thought went into the guests who will stay here. We will come again and again over the next few years.

Spacious and well stocked

Very spacious living area! Kitchen well stocked with quality appliances, pots and pans and utensils. Comfortable beds and good linens. Super clean and recently renovated in current fashion. Church house was perfect location for our family to celebrate Truman graduation weekend. Host was responsive and gracious. We'd definitely book here again in the future.

Charming Church House

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a beautifully decorated and comfortable space full of character. The kitchen, bathroom, utility, and bedrooms have everything you would need. The owners have given thoughtful consideration to this rental. It is exactly as described on line. We visit Kirksville occasionally as our daughter is a TSU student. It was nice to have a quiet space to enjoy some family time with her. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Felt like home for the week

This is the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. I felt like I was at home. Anything you could think of, including plastic Tupperware containers and plastic bags, were in the kitchen. The host stopped by the first night to fix the child proof lock for the cabinet under the sink as my 18mo quickly figured out the current lock had been broken. Thank you for a great week!

Great for reunion weekend with 4 year old!

We drove in from St. Louis. Less than 5 minutes to KCOM and Truman state. The recommendations in the guest booklet were great- but we would like to add that we ate at La Pa and loved it! Bethany and her husband were very responsive to my questions and requests. The bunk bed had a railing and felt safe. My 4 year old slept in the bottom and it was great. You do hear some noise from the neighbors but it wasn’t keeping us from going to sleep!

Peaceful Home away from Home

Home away from home in the Kirksville! Host was responsive and the home was immaculate! No pun intended, because it was a former church and is right next to an old one. It is beautiful on the inside and was so cozy, I could easily live there! I must admit that I thought I was at the wrong place when I drove up, because it looks like a ranch style duplex. So well done on the inside! The way they worked around the original church architecture was brilliant, you will be surprised! I look forward to coming back on a future visits.

Great place to stay in Kirksville

We had ample space with all the listed amenities. The location is great, within walking distance of downtown. Our only complaint is that there was a bird’s nest in the AC unit above our door with birds chirping during the mornings.
