This condo is a great stop over before you head to Island Park, Yellowstone or Jackson Hole. Stay if you travel for work, while you check your child into BYU-I. Perfect if you are here for a wedding in the LDS Temple or visiting family for a reunion. Also allow longer rentals while visiting family or moving into a new home. Price reduced for over 30 day stays.
Any questions call Susan Acosta at (714) 724-5907. This newly remodeled condo is full luxury. Enjoy the 60' Big Screen High Definition TV, high end furnishings, wood kitchen floor and granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms.

All new appliances. Use as a stop over to buy groceries and supplies or stay the summer and visit the area and family. Also allow traveling nurses. Condo has a large fenced backyard with large patio, trees, gas BBQ and Patio table, chairs and umbrella. Enjoy the summer breeze and stars on a clear night. This condo is located conveniently to the airport, mall, restaurants, shopping and LDS Temple, Costco, etc..

Stay while you visit your child at BYU-I. Located just 30 minute from the college. Enjoy all the amenities of a fully furnished home with a washer and dryer and Hot Tub. This is truly a bargain and very comfortable. You won't want to leave once you have stayed.

Enjoy walking in a quiet neighborhood or attend the LDS church located just across the street.

Relaxing vacation in Idaho Falls

The location is great for accessing shopping and travel to parks. Condo (really more of a triplex) is roomy and comfortable. Hot tub was wonderful! Kitchen has everything you need. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available.

Great spot for a previous resident to return to IF for the summer. Great location for playing golf, shopping and access to highways. Clean well-equipped kitchen, bedrooms comfortable and full of storage. Will stay again

Great condo near amenities in Idaho Falls. We loved how cozy the property was, the beds were amazing and kids loved the hot tub. Close to gas, groceries and downtown.

Second time I stayed here. Great condo, perfect location and amenities for me. Having a hot tub available really hit the spot after a day full of golf and pickleball. Susan very accommodating and flexible with my changing schedule. Plan to return next ear.

Perfect Location

This property was the perfect location for us. Everywhere we had to go was no more than 10 minutes away in any direction. We felt very safe, appreciated Susan as a perfect hostess, and LOVED the kitchen. Although our stay was cut short due to an illness, Susan was taking care of us every step of the way. This was our first experience with VRBO and we hope we get to return to Idaho Falls to stay in Susan’s house again in the future.

Comfy and Cozy

Stayed at property for a wedding in Rexburg. Very clean and comfortable. Only downside was we couldn't find the WiFi network so we couldn't connect to the internet. We were doing wedding things all weekend so we didn't need it too bad.

Getaway/Basketball Tournament

This place was incredible!! Immaculately clean, cozy and very tastefully furnished. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable also. She had a wonderful kitchen with great supplies and cookware. The hot tub was amazing and relaxing after days of sitting on bleachers at basketball tournaments!Susan was very kind and quick to respond to any questions I had and generous in everything that she handled with us. I 100% recommend this rental! You will love it.

Comfortable, Cozy Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. It is centrally located to the downtown area of Idaho Falls with convenient access to the freeway. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking meals. There are several grocery stores within 5 miles. The Wifi has a weak signal so if you are needing to remote work, this may not be the best fit for you. They have DishTV so there are plenty of options for movies and music. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We purchased this condo so we could come and stay while we visited family. My roots are in Idaho Falls and I have family who live down the street. We love to come and visit while having a place of our own. The location is perfect. My son used it while he went to BYU-I. We fly into Idaho Falls and have a short 10 minute drive to the condo. We also use it to stock up on groceries and things before we head over to our home in Island Park.

Why they chose this property

We choose this location because it is located close to everything. It is easy to get to. I have family who live nearby. This condo is a great place to stay while we visit family or vacation in the summer.

What makes this property unique

The condo is very comfortable. It was completely remodeled. The best thing is its location. It is close to everything and easy to find. Enjoy grocery stores just a few minutes away, Teton Mall shopping just 5 minutes away or easy access to the Interstate. Enjoy golf at Pine Creek Gold Course, working out at Apple Gym or water activities on the Snake River.
