The ac was fine , the pool was lovely, the space in the condo was ample for the 3 of us. The view couldn’t be nicer and we felt very safe there. We didn’t mind having to take taxis everywhere, we were happy to be so close to a very nice beach, one of the nicest I have been to in Mexico. About the condo, the dishwasher is broken and almost falling out of the cabinet, we had to hand wash the dishes that we used but there was no stopper in the sink so we bought one and made due. There were NO hairdryers in the condo at all! That should just be a standard! We were flying in from Canada so we’re limited in our luggage. Whenever I have stayed in a VRBO in the past, there has been a welcome starter package, there was nothing! A couple bottles of water, a morning of coffee , a tea bag but nothing.. the shower curtains in the second bedroom bath were kind of grimy and are so cheap to replace, just little things like that but there was sufficient toilet paper and Kleenex but we had to purchase paper towels in order to dry our dishes. I would recommend this unit and I would stay again , however little things mean a lot.

Perfect Location

Close to the beach with full service seafood and drinks for a relaxing day then enjoy the evening in your small pool with an amazing view of the ocean and the sound of the waves makes it amazing.

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed this condo. Lots of space and bathrooms which is great. Pool is beautiful and great to watch the sunset. Beach is a short walk. Definitely recommend if you want somewhere out of town and further out. Good restaurants within a 10/15min Uber.

The property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, it wasn't as luxurious, as promoted. We had some issues which were eventually resolved by guest services who really wanted to make our stay wonderful. The highlights of this condo are the private terrace, with it's ocean view and plunge pool, the large pool available for all condo residents and guests to enjoy, and the convenient access to a magnificent beach.

Amazing view, nice pool, spacious, well equipped condo.

The condo is spacious and well equipped with the necessities. We used the patio daily... the view and the pool was great. This is a secure and quiet area of PV so there are noise curfews etc. but it feels very peaceful and safe. The beach is 5 minutes away out the back of the condo and you can walk/jog the boulevard through the area. Grocery stores are about a 10 minute cab ride - cabs are easy enough to get. There are some good restaurants in the area that are a short cab ride away. If you want nightlife you're likely to head downtown or to the Malecon which is more of a 30 to 45 minute cab ride so plan ahead. The only thing I would caution is the railings are lower on the patio and there are no railings around the pool so not as child friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

This is a quiet property, and the rules are enforced. All partying stopped at 11:00 p.m. This is good and bad! My husband and I swim a mile a day. We like to swim early before the heat of the day. The pool is suppose to open at 9:00. We were chased out when we tried to swim earlier. So, we set our time for 9:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the pool cleaners are on Mexico Time. They would arrive late to clean the pool, and sometimes we could not get in until 11:00! So... we sunned on our private deck, and floated in our private pool. No cares! Make sure you take advantage of the water delivery. It is well worth it! The unit was large and comfortable. The AC worked really well! There is NO washer and dryer in this unit!! Thank goodness a taxi is always available. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome condo

My partner & I stayed in this condo for 3 weeks in September-October. The pictures of the condo on the website attracted us to rent this suite. There are many other attributes that make this rental a 5 star accommodation: the common swimming pool (it was large & well maintained), proximity to the beautiful beach, the outstanding Vacasa staff, the Nita Condo staff, the 6th floor common spaces with amazing views, the cleanliness & upkeep of the common spaces. Unit 304 is HUGE. The whole unit is tiled for ease of cleaning, the furniture is comfortable and ample for two couples. Upon arrival, the unit was exceptionally clean. We did reach out to Vacasa to have some minor repairs (burnt out lights, bbq not working, patio door hard to open, shower curtain needed replacement), they were extremely quick to respond to our call and arranged repairs to be completed within 1 hour to 3 days. DECK: is a highlight of this rental due to its fabulous views, its size, the covered area and the personal pool. The pool was extremely clean and well maintained. You can see and hear the ocean & beach from the deck. They provide two loungers & a table that can seat 6-7 people. One drawback is that you can hear other units when they are outside on the deck. KITCHEN: is small but has all of the utensils, pots, oven, toaster, blender, kettle, microwave, fridge and cooktop to make meals. The quality of these items are on the low side Security offers 20 liters of water for 45 pesos

Nice holiday stay

We stayed here 4 nights in December around xmas. The condo was clean and was a nice open space for me, my husband and two teenage boys. Easy walk to the beach and the large pool at the facility was also well maintained and pleasant. We didn't use the balcony pool as much. It was colder than I was hoping for and meant to ask if it could be warmed up, but just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view was great though so not using the condo pool was not a deal breaker. Also the main bedroom has a lot of windows and nice view of the beach. Some minor upgrades would be beneficial such as updated showerheads and a dresser or two in the bedrooms. The place did not have any bathtubs or seasonings like salt and pepper. Again, not a deal breaker for us but just a detail to be aware of. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance but it was definitely helpful to have a car to get groceries and a little more dining variety. We also drove to the malecon one day. The included parking is in the garage below and felt secure. We rented a car from a local place in puerto vallarta called gecko and i would highly recommend them too for easy and trustworthy car rental without all the haggle and unexpected charges you can get from other places. There is also a nice open lobby area at the condo we waited in as they finished cleaning the room. Also worth noting the neighbors nextdoor to this condo are lovely people.

Excelentes vistas. Espacios amplios y muy cerca del acceso a la playa. Solo tienes que cruzar una pequeña calle con muy poco tránsito. Prácticamente estás al pie de la playa, puedes escuchar oleaje desde la terraza. La atencion fue de primera y personal Irma y Toai al pendiente de que todo estuviera bien via WhatsApp. No necesitamos nada. La terraza muy cómoda con el jacuzzi privado y pequeño asador de gas. Tiendas prácticamente cerca 5 min en coche. Fue una estancia placentera y con seguridad regresamos pronto.
