The spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is a unique A-Frame style extended home that sits peacefully in the Valley. The perfect getaway with your families and friends that you do not want to miss out on!

Fully stocked and offers a giant island with 3 walls of counter space. It has 2 sinks so everyone in the family can help prepare food!

Dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, 2 ovens, microwave, stainless steel appliances, freezer, refrigerator, toaster. Cooking and eating utensils, spices, pans, cutting board, plates, cups, wine glasses - we have it all!

Features a foosball, air hockey, and pool table for all to enjoy. we also have a myriad of board games for the perfect game night!

This attached suite gives you access from within the main house as well as having a private entrance. It features a spacious living room with recliner sofas and a smart TV.

Adjacent to the living room is a beautiful master bedroom featuring a King sized memory foam mattress w/ an en suite bathroom.

The suite also features an office area with two (24 and 27 inch) monitors. USB-C hdmi cable adapters provided as well as iPhone/Android chargers.

Grill, grill equipment, outdoor seating. There is also a basketball hoop in the driveway. Firepit out front with plenty of yard space.

Great mountain views right outside the property all within a safe and peaceful neighborhood!
