Top rated modern high-rise Condo with all the amenities. Gulf View from 2nd floor, Master bedroom oceanside, 2 full bedrooms and baths. Additional door accessed 3 level bunk bed, Sleeper Sofa. Sleeps 7 total. 2 Beach chairs provided. Updated kitchens, baths, decor, flooring and paint. Indoor outdoor pool, 2 outdoor pools and spas. Workout room, tennis courts, barbeque, beach chair rental service (2 included for free), Located 7.2 miles from 30A and 3.5 miles from Pier Park. Avoid the traffic in peace but still close to the action. Drive up and drop luggage and groceries on the same floor and park in covered parking across the street accessible via covered air conditioned bridge. No waiting for elevators as you are near the beach access level by stairs or just one floor on newly upgraded elevators.

Please Note: During the peak weeks of Spring Break and Summer we can only accept Saturday to Saturday rentals.
Guests must be age 25 or accompanied by a Parent.

We loved staying on the first floor! So easy to access the beach with no elevator! This is a super condo. Great owners are fast communicators. Parking garage is spacious and easy to access. The photos I attached are taken from the balcony. The views are super!

The Best Vacation!!

We had the best vacation! The location was great, and condo was perfect. Being on the first floor was very convenient, & had the best views! We were even able to see dolphins from the balcony!! The owners were very helpful & made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We look forward to visiting in the future!

This condo is in a great location with absolute gorgeous view of sunrise and sunsets as well as miles of beach to the west. Everything was as described and could not have been better!! Owners were great with communication from start to finish. Really can’t to comeback and stay here again!!

Great getaway

The property was really nice. Great location! The two main rooms were great size. The bunk room was small without room for anything really. But wasn’t a huge issue since the other rooms had plenty. We had an absolute wonderful time! The only real complaint is the dryer did not dry well. But otherwise we loved it here!

2023 Spring Break Family Trip

Everything was perfect. The owner contacted me beforehand so I knew how to check in, get in. I had her number in case we needed anything but we did not. The resort is great, an easy walk out to the beach and beautiful pools. Never a problem parking. Located close to shopping restaurants and attractions but not too close to the hustle and bustle. I would definitely go again and maybe stay a little longer next time.

This condo is the best.

We had an amazing vacation staying here. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything Celadon has to offer. Wonderful view from the balcony, so grab your drinky-drink and watch that sun set without even having to get sandy. Feel the need to soak in the hot tub? There’s two! One right below the unit, and one across the street. Pools were very nice, and yes, right down the stairs. We will definitely be staying here again and I cannot wait!

Beach paradise!

Everything about this beach condo is perfect! We loved the location at the far west end of PCB. You can drive 10 minutes west to 30A if you want or 5 minutes east to Pier Park and other PCB attractions. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you will need -- we called it "beach cozy." And what more can you say about the first-floor balcony? Perfect for watching sunsets. It's so easy to walk to the beach and the beach chair rentals that are included with your stay are a nice bonus. There is nothing not to love about this condo and we can't wait to go back!

BEST CONDO ON THE BEACH!

If you're looking for a beautifully decorated and comfortable place to stay, this is it! The kitchen is very well appointed. I love this unit and can't wait to go back. It's on the first floor, so no elevator needed. Makes loading & unloading so easy! Sitting on the sofa looking out, it's almost like you're on the beach! Great view! We had two couples; however, I can see how this unit would work well for families, as well as anyone who wants to enjoy beach scenery, but has difficulty getting to the beach. The hosts were amazing. Great trip!

Great Condo Experience!

We absolutely loved our time at this location. The condo was decorated beautifully, it was spacious, clean and had all the amenities. We didn’t need to contact Mark & Tracy at all- everything went perfectly. You can’t beat the first floor location. Everything was clean. They had all kinds of extra beach accessories available. The triple bunk was also great for the 3 kids we had with us. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Highly recommend!!! Thanks for a great experience!

Did not Disappoint!

This is our 2nd visit to Celadon and our first at this particular unit. The unit was awesome to say the least. It was clean, very well appointed, had excellent proximity, and overall our best experience in PCB. We like to try different locations and have been to the Gulf Shores area several times and recently been to the PCB area the last 3 years. Our experience in the PCB area has by far been the best location yet. We love the location of the Celadon unit as it is on the “quiet” side of beach. The only downside to this unit that we commented on was the bunk bed situation. Our only wish was that these were just standard bunks and not a 3 person bunk. I understand the heads in beds concept, but this makes for some very tight quarters in this “room”. Great for young kids, not for a 17 year old or young adult! Overall A+, though!

I don’t know where to start on this vacation. It was perfect. The pictures of the place doesn’t do it justice. The condo has been decorated and stocked with anything you could ask for. From kitchen appliances- to toys and chairs. We did have problems trying to get in initially- I txt the owner and she was quick to respond with another code. The next couple of days we couldn’t get in the condo at all- the owner was more than accommodating- apologized, and kept us updated on what was going on (waiting on a lock smith) she also ordered my family pizzas due to the inconvenience. We will be staying here a lot more in the future- it’s enough out of the “downtown area” but close to everything you could need/want. The best place we have found was Thomas’s. Amazing!! I would send anyone I know to this condo!

The west end location couldn't be better. Convenient1st floor unit with incredible beach views where you can actually hear the Gulf waves. Located only 3.5 miles from Pier Park and 7.4 miles to 30A locations. Peaceful enough to escape for rest and relaxation with plenty to do nearby without being stuck in the middle of traffic and crowds. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and entertainment.

What makes this property unique

Larger Oceanfront units with plenty of space for you and your family - 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a 3rd room with triple bunks is ideally located on the 1st floor at Celadon Beach and provides stunning views of the Gulf. It comfortably sleeps 9! The king size master bedroom has great views and access to the gulf front balcony. It features an updated private bath with vessel sinks and exotic marble countertop, new shower with glass door, custom mirrors and new lighting. The guest bath also has a new vessel sink and granite countertop plus new light fixture. The condo is in great condition with comfortable furnishings and 1,157 sq ft of spacious living area. In addition to 283 feet of white sandy beach frontage and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, onsite amenities include two large pools (one gulf front), hot tubs, fitness room, tennis court, onsite rental office, meeting room, and an air-conditioned walkway to a four-story parking garage. Celadon Beach is located at the popular West end of Panama City Beach close to Pier Park, Airport and a short drive to Scenic Hwy 30A.
