Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please do not lock the door from the laundry room to the garage. Do lock the front door by pressing the lock symbol on the key pad. Lock only the deadbolt on the back patio door.
If you used the grill or griddle, please clean it. The griddle should be wiped clean, and then wipe clean griddle with oil to prevent rusting.
Place regular trash in the black lidded blue can. Recyclables in the gray lidded trash can. Both are on the north side of the house. Only recycle items that are clean. Do not recycle glass.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Hot tub: If hiking or riding trails, rinse off any dirt prior to entering the water. Failing to do so may result in damage to filters or water system

This place was fantastic!! The house was clean, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed, and the back patio was absolutely gorgeous! We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend! We stayed for 3 nights while our daughter was graduating from UARK. While an approx 30 min drive to campus....was so worth it to avoid the chaos of a hotel, etc. Thanks again for allowing us to use this great house during a very special occasion!

Perfect location for mountain biking. Plenty of storage and outlets for mountain bikes or E mountain bikes.Hot tub was wonderful after a full day of riding. Kitchen well stocked. Really appreciated having coffee and filters. Everything was fantastic.
Quick ride over to Coler after a long day in the car.
Color is an easy mile ride from the house all bike lanes.

By far the best stocked kitchen of any rental experience to date. The house was perfect for our family and location could not have been better. We took multiple rides just down the road to Coler.
