Beautiful home

My daughter wanted a sleepover for her 13th birthday and this place was everything we needed and more. Very spacious , lots to do, and welcoming. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Fun spot right out of the city. Everything you need to stay entertained inside the house. Great property we will be back. Will was also very quick to respond if we ever needed anything and that was much appreciated.

Dangerous area house with ants

Beware of this property. The home is in a very dangerous area of Dallas. Every Uber driver we had commented on where they had to drop us off and how dangerous the area is. As to the property itself, we had a serious ant issue in the kitchen and the owner said he’d send someone but did not. If they did, they only sent someone for the outside but the issue was in the kitchen. We communicated that multiple times. The video games shown don’t all work that well. The pool table doesn’t have a triangle or chalk. Overall, this rental is one to stay away from.

James. We sent pest control the same day but it was a Friday and they could not make the same day trip. The cleaner commented that food was left out when they arrived after your stay. The video you sent showed a few ants on the counter. Nothing more. The home is in a lower income area of Dallas, but it’s not dangerous at all. Hence the massive development in the area. This was my personal house at one time. The pool table chalk and triangle were replaced after your stay. Overall, I don’t believe your issues deserved a one star rating, but you’re entitled to your review. Have a great day!

The house is exactly as listed, and is very good. Owners were very nice and communicative.
