Bay Cottage | Stunning Water Views + Fishing

This incredible bayfront home is perfect for smaller groups! This quaint and cozy house has one bedroom plus a loft. Wrap-around porch offers spectacular views of Copano Bay. Walk right out the back onto the private lighted fishing pier to try your luck at catching trout, redfish, flounder, black drum, and blue crabs. Enjoy sunsets over the bay, dolphin sightings, and a wide variety of birds including great blue herons and pelicans.

Inside you will find the living room and dining room that look out towards the bay. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room with a half-bath attached. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all your cooking and dining needs or cookout on the BBQ grill. Enjoy all the comforts of home while relaxing and fishing at Bay Cottage. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bath. The loft bedroom has a queen-size bed as well.

This quiet and peaceful location with lots of fun amenities for family, friends, and Winter Texans (limited stairs to climb). Bay Cottage is dog friendly; we love our fur babies! Please bring a kennel so your fur baby feels safe while you are gone. We hope you make great memories in Rockport and come back real soon!

Fabulous stay. Several fish caught off the pier including 2 huge black drum. Wrap around porch was great for me and my dog. The neighborhood was very quiet everyone very friendly

Great stay.

Cozy home right on the bay. We enjoyed fishing off the pier and we caught 8 crabs. Quiet neighborhood located roughly 15 minutes from downtown Rockport.

Loved it.

We absolutely loved the property. My kiddos had a blast. We fished until our arms felt like they were going to fall off, saw dolphins in the mornings up close, ducks everywhere, there were some jellyfish up near the house rock/porch area, the whole setting was great and the sunsets were beautiful, the house was just the perfect size for us. 4, myself, my dad, my 20 yr old and my 15 year old. We would definitely come back again!

Unique Setting, Amenities Lacking

It was definitely a unique setting, however there are some finer points left to be desired. The private dock access is pretty cool. The place itself has some issues. There was no soap to be found for hand washing or cleaning dishes. The toilet paper supply was cutting it pretty close. The water damage from the hurricane is noticable, who knows the mold situation behind the sheetrock. Aside from those things, the nextdoor neighbor is a party house. And arguably the most annoying thing about the place was a random alarm from some unknown location in the house that wakes you up in the early morning.
