Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located duplex in downtown Council Bluffs. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops in the 100 Block. Also just minutes from bustling Omaha, guests can enjoy the small town feel while having easy access to all there is to offer over the border.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a DreamCloud king bed and the other with 2 single memory foam beds (day bed and trundle). The couch in the living room also has a trundle that pulls out in to a bed. The dining room table has benches nested underneath for seating.

Please make yourselves at home in this impeccably clean and comfortable space. Everything you need is provided in order to enjoy your stay. Guests are welcome to use all kitchen utensils, any available food or drinks, laundry facilities/detergents, etc

This home is centrally located in downtown Council Bluffs and only a short drive to Omaha's Old Market. Only 10 mins away is also the nationally renowned Henry Doorly Zoo, College World Series' Charles Schwab Field Omaha, the CHI Health Center Arena and Convention Center, and many other places to go and things to see.

Please be advised the home is only accessible by a set of stairs. Dogs are welcome for a fee; please include them in your reservation.
