The space

The house has spacious bedrooms each with plush queen beds. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa which can sleep 2 extra quests.
There is a work desk in the main bedroom for work privacy and meetings. The living area has a lot of space either for business or pleasure.
Please note that the basement below may be occupied during your stay. On that note, please keep the noise down after 9 pm.
Guest access
The Chic Place is on the upper level of the house. The basement area is blocked off and there is no access. Please note that other guests may be staying in the basement quarters during your stay. Note that each unit is separate and private.

The guest quarters in the basement may be occupied during your stay. Please be mindful of your downstairs neighbors.
