Wonderful

We enjoyed this property immensely. It's location to mid Town with restaurants and beautiful old architecture to view made it even more enjoyable. If we need to come back e will look to reserving and staying here again.

Great Midtown Visit

Walkable to many shops and restaurants. Ample street parking. Pet Friendly ++ We will definitely be staying here in the future for trips to Sac!

Wonderful getaway in the desert

Absolutely loved this place! Will be back again! We loved the decorations, the bed and pull out couch were comfy. Adorable kitchen and wonderful views in the backyard. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi under the stars and had a blast.

Great location close to downtown. Very easy check-in. And one of the best stocked rentals I have stayed in. All the small toiletries (often forgotten on a trip) were available.

Easy Stay, Great Location

Svetlana was very responsive and the check in process was smooth. Cute and clean duplex within walking distance of restaurants and bars. We had a great time! Very nice complimentary snacks as well.

cozy and great location

host was super helpful. Location was great for a lot of local stuff. Nice place, clean and comfortable. The kids had a good time. Parking was difficult but host was helpful with it. Traffic and getting to and from the house was easy.

Walking distance to anything you could want or need in the heart of midtown. One of the best stocked rental units I’ve stayed at with good coffee and snacks!

Short weekend visit

The apartment was clean and well appointed. Everything was taken care of, including wonderful washer and dryer and TVs that had everything and anything available on them.

Perfect in every way

This duplex is has charm with artistic wall decorations and warm cozy atmosphere. Great location in secure area. The backyard is a tree retreat in a quiet setting. The spring floral scents and birds singing you forget your in midtown Sacramento. The hosts were very helpful and respond quickly. Highly recommend this property.

A great location with thought out amenities

We walked all over downtown from here. There is so much within a mile including the state Capitol and Urban Roots brew pub and BBQ. They owners included little extras a traveler may need: coat hooks, tampons/pads, a nice assortment of coffees and snacks. My only warning is for larger folks who may find the bathroom a little tight.

Midtown get away

Cute one bedroom in mid town Sacramento. Very nicely done on inside, great home-like feel to the unit. Looks like the area is getting gentrified but not quite there yet. That being said located near lots of nice restaurants!! Seems to be vibrant. Homeless around but that seems to be most places. Host was great and very responsive. Would certainly stay if in area again!

Nice quiet place close to Mid-town

We came to the area to see a comedian at the performing arts center. This home was quiet, clean, everything you needed and decorated in great taste. Parking permit worked well as you need to park on the street in this residential area. There were zero issues and we would return next time.

We really liked the apartment. It was well appointed in the kitchen.The apartment was very comfortable and easy to hang out in. We were only there for one night, but the night we were there it was quiet and we felt safe. The apartment was in the "cool/hip" are of Sacramento. Only issue we had was the bathroom/shower were very small. Not enough of problem to keep us away. We will definitely stay here again as it's very close to my son's home.

Perfect little getaway!

Me and my bestie came up for a girl's weekend and this stay was just perfect. So clean, everything you could possible need (and maybe forget). There were even snacks! We walked to the SAFE Credit Union PAC to see David Spade. You walk by a couple of seedy areas, but we never felt unsafe. The proximity to so many different things was amazing. Super easy check in and check out. Super cute decor. Would recommend 100%
