El edificio todavía está en su etapa final de construcción, los elevadores funcionan bien, pero dos estaban sin terminar, el dto tiene todas las comodidades, el equipamiento es muy bueno, y la vista al mar es hermosa, si se moviliza en automóvil es muy fácil y comodo desplazarse de un lugar a otro.
