This single-story home has three parts. In the middle, you have the kitchen with a breakfast area in the front and an open layout living room/dining room in the back with a sliding patio door to the backyard. On the right side, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed en-suite with shower. On the opposite side of the house, you have the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a hallway bathroom with a bathtub, and the third bedroom with a twin-size daybed with a pull-out trundle. Master bedroom comes with a full-size sleeper sofa and the Arcade bedroom has a one-person sleeper chair. Memory foam mattress topper and additional bedding is available for these foldout sofas.

IMPORTANT LAYOUT UPDATE

We’re excited to share that our home will be receiving a few upgrades designed to make your stay even more enjoyable!

The formal dining room is being thoughtfully converted into a dedicated game room, complete with two arcade game machines and a poker/bunker pool/dining table, entertainment space for families and groups to relax and have fun together.

In addition, the arcade bedroom will be updated with a queen-size bed (replacing the twin bed with trundle) and a small desk and TV to better accommodate guest comfort and flexibility. One of the arcade machines currently in the arcade bedroom will be moved to the new game room.

The 8-people dining table will be moved to the dining space next to the kitchen and the breakfast table will be removed.

These improvements are part of our ongoing effort to enhance the guest experience while maintaining the comfort and quality you expect from our home. Updated photos will be added to the listing as soon as the changes are completed.
