Welcome to this stunning vacation home in the sought-after community of Village Walk. As soon as you take in the tropical exterior of Oceans 10, you’ll know you chose the perfect place for a memorable Port A vacation. This spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home features stunning views on two wrap-around porches.

On the second floor is the spacious living area. This open floor plan includes a well-stocked kitchen. The dining table seats six guests with an impressive breakfast bar seating for seven. Gather around the cozy living room for a movie night after a long day of adventures.

The second-floor primary suite is a haven of relaxation! This bedroom offers a comfy queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and private balcony access. On the ground floor is a guest room with a queen-size bed. The additional guest room offers two queen-size beds with a private entrance. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom. Every room is equipped with a flat-screen TV!

There is plenty of outdoor seating for guests to enjoy, as well as a barbecue grill. Inside, you’ll find a washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy a walk on paved brick paths or a swim in either of the two community pools or take a quick trip to the beach for fun in the surf.

Village Walk neighborhood rules: the property manager will provide parking passes upon your arrival. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed at Village Walk. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no street parking or parking in red zones.

This place had everything we hope for to have a relaxing and fun beach trip with our kiddos, friends, and dog. Everything was just as described and we enjoyed how well stocked each room was for us to easily settle in. And the location was perfect! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Everything you need to have a stress free vacation. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. House is very well maintained, and clean. Less than one min from our favorite souvenir shop, gas station and the beach. We will be back!

Weird floor plan. Condo great for smokers and pet lovers.

Pet hair on all the furniture. My daughters allergies bothered her our whole stay. Cigarette smell on both floors. We’re non smokers. Tub in master was dirty. Kitchen and living room are on the 2nd floor. Weak water pressure on first floor shower.

Super comfortable and very roomy, it’s exactly as pictured! It’s actually roomier than pictured! Well stocked kitchen with every convenience of home! We did rent a golf cart to travel around, as the beach is not within walking distance (we’re lazy), but is in a safe and gated community where I wasn’t worried about a thing! I wish we could’ve stayed here for the remainder of our vacation, unfortunately they were already booked. The 4 days 3 nights at this home were my favorite of our 7 day vacation! Highly recommend this place!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was very well stocked. They have everything you may need to cook enjoy a picnic or entertain guest and the kids. The master bed was a little small and the sheets were not clean. But extra sheets were in the house and a pullout bed was another option. Also the TVs in the master and spare bedroom did not work. Not a huge deal breaker. The views were great the space was different and the pool was nice. Last was our pin code to enter the home did not work. However after about 5 minutes with the after hours rep she was able to get a new code for us.
