If you’re looking for a great family vacation rental mere steps from the beach, Surfin' Seahorse is your next destination! This tropical four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo fits a crowd and is packed with great amenities. Enjoy the sound of the waves and relax while sipping your morning coffee on the balcony.

As you enter the open-concept living space, you are welcomed by a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances to cook your local catch of the day! The dining room nearby seats seven. The living room is a great place to gather after a full day of adventure! Snuggle up on the comfortable couch and enjoy your favorite movies or shows on the 50-inch flat-screen TV. Upstairs is a second living space with a flat-screen TV and sleeper sofa.

Located on the ground level is the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. A full bathroom is located right outside the primary bedroom. On the second floor, you'll find the second bedroom has a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is a Jack-and-Jill conveniently located between these two bedrooms. The fourth bedroom offers two sets of triple-stacked bunk beds, perfect for a slumber party. The fourth bedroom and upstairs living room share a full bathroom.

Surfin’ Seahorse is a short walk from the beach and is located next to the Palmilla Golf Course. Additional amenities include: Pack-N-Play, high chair, Wi-Fi, community pool, towels and linens, washer and dryer, beach towels and beach toys, Silver Sands concierge service, Silver Sands golf carts available to rent.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay! The house had cold AC (a must in the Texas heat) and comfortable beds, making it easy for everyone to relax. It was a great space for the whole family, with plenty of room to spread out. Plus, it’s close to the beach, so getting there was quick and easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

The downstairs bedroom was warm due to not getting good AC and the ceiling fan is slow. Had to put an extra fan in the bedroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was enjoyable. The layout of the condo worked very well for everyone. Enjoyed the pool and the use of the golf cart. Only complaints were we found some dirty dishes and pans which we promptly put in the dishwasher, also the ice dispenser did not work and the toilet seat downstairs did not stay on properly.

Great location and lots of living space!

We really appreciated the proximity to the beach - walking distance! The house also is set up for two to three families with 2 king size bedrooms, one queen room, and a 4th room with six bunk beds! The upstairs living room also includes a pull out couch. We had a little trouble at checkin when the code did not work, but the team on the phone was great and sent someone over to fix the issue while we headed to the beach! House includes two dishwasher tablets and two laundry tablets. You need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner, etc. The garage had a fun bar setup with TV and a chest of beach toys! Parking space allows for 2 cars + golf cart! Definitely would stay again!

Great location!

I must say I really liked the feel of this property. We had some trouble at check in as the codes provided did not work. The back code was not the same as the front code and the one that was provided did not work for either door. The garage door code we did not get until the second day of our stay- we called the management company and they never called us back we had to keep calling until they answered the following day. Over all liked the unit felt at home and close to the beach. The rooms were spacious - BUT don’t count on that 4th bedroom with the bunk beds because not even a kid can get in and sleep on those bunk beds. Honestly they are better off just putting a bed in there or actual functional bunk beds. We would stay here again the location was great and home was nice. A plus is that the community pool was heated also the garage space when we gained access is a nice place to hang out.

We arrived at 4pm which was our check in time ( pretty late check in) and after a long drive the condo wasn’t ready and we had to just wait outside. Cleaners let us in so we didn’t notice our door code didn’t work until later. Also the key pad to the outdoor area didn’t work. We called and they said maintenance was coming but they didn’t come for two days and that was after we had to go to their office. The tv upstairs didn’t work. We had to leave someone in the condo to let us in or just not shut the door all the way. The property manager listed on the vrbo page is not accurate and the actual property management is silver sands. They just didn’t care to help us with anything and made it clear they are annoyed if you call them.

Wonderful Stay

We absolutely loved our vacation! The only thing is that the floors still had a pretty good amount of sand on them when we arrived and we kept getting all over our feet which isn't a big deal but could've been cleaned better… we couldn't get the golf cart keys out of the lockbox either and had to have someone come open it which was a bit of an inconvenience but again nothing major. Overall would recommend and would stay again 😊

The home was beautiful, everyone in my party enjoyed it, your staff was extremely accommodating when we had things not work out, and we had a wonderful place to come back to after enjoying our day on the beach! The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the front door was not working and no one was able to come out in time and fix it during our stay. However, even when our golf cart battery died and the air conditioner didn't work, you fixed it immediately and even upgraded us to better things with hardly any extra charge. I would definitely recommend this organization and I would love to use you again in the future. Thank you so much!

Pretty good!

Place was very cute and had a good walking distance to the beach! One thing that could be better definitely was the cleaning of the house. Coming from housekeepers, it could have gotten a better job done. Also we were having issues with receiving the golf cart instructions and called multiple times with no good solutions. Other than that there were perfect parking spaces and had a good time with our friends!

Wonderful place

This place was awesome. The only problem was when they changed the batteries in the garage opener he pulled the wire loose. I called to gain access. They sent a guy over really fast to try and fix it. I explained I had things in there I needed. The worker stated that he was going to go to his office and see if he had a new opener. The guy never came back nor did he communicate what was going on with me or any of my family. It would have been nice to have known what was going on. Nor did he do anything to help me get my items out of the garage. I will be coming back to the same place next year it was amazing.

Parking good, beach access great! Overall house was great. Pool was dirty No Towels Front door (glass falling out) Both doors on balcony knobs loose and almost locked us out. (Weren't turning properly, may need to be replaced) Trash dumpster was full when we got there. No Place to place trash. Therefore trash was all Over the parking lot from blowing out.
