Carolina Sunshine

Overall the property was excellent for the 6 of us. We eat outside a lot and the screened porch was fantastic! The setback location of the house made for awesome views of the intracoastal waterway and fantastic ocean views! Two wishes that we would have liked is one of the queen beds be on the main level instead of a full bed and ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms, The two upstairs bedrooms were very hot. Very quiet area and not a bad walk to the beach!

The house was in a good location within easy walking access to the beach. The downside was the lack of essentials and the cleanliness. Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, dish detergent, paper towels. The house did not have any of these needed essentials. We also did not have enough towels or wash cloths for 4 people. We had to share for the first 24 hours. Yuck. Every dish we used was dirty with caked up food on it. We had to wash every dish before using it and the home had no dish soap. Other than the cleanliness and lack of essentials, the location was great.
