Access to lake trails is just in front of this home, take a hike or bike on the miles of shore line that surround the lake. All the comforts of home away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Enjoy evenings on the deck with the fire table or walk out on the property and roast s'mores over an open wood burning fit pit. Grill up fish you catch, from the lake, smoke wings or veggies on the Traeger or bake your favorite treats in the full kitchen. Watch sail boats and birds from one of the 3 upstairs patios. This property is tucked away just enough to provide the perfect relaxing time away. Enjoy the sunset or sunrise from one of the upstairs balconies. A collection of DVDs is available along with many books and board games. Yoga mats and small weights are available for your use. Bring your boat, hiking shoes or other adventure toys for a true get away experience. Both TVs are SmartTVs and wifi is available.

We made full use of the large fully stocked kitchen during our family’s stay. The dining room table was large enough for all of us to dine and play games. Our fishing trip was canceled but we enjoyed watching the OU Texas game in the large living area and relaxing on the patio. Thanks for letting us enjoy the great property!

We had a great time at our girls trip! The place was perfect - roomy, super clean and well stocked. The views are just as shown and the house is so thoughtfully set up. We cooked a lot of meals and had everything we needed. The lake was up really high but we still walked the trail down to the lake - just a beautiful area and beautiful property. From the beautiful lake view, to the well equipped kitchen, and comfortable, homey atmosphere, our family had a fantastic visit. We had everything we needed and enjoyed every minute of our time together whether we were just sitting outside star gazing at night or walking down to the lake or playing games on the huge coffee table! We purchased our dream lake home property in 2018, over the years we worked to make it the perfect relaxing retreat away from the metroplex. Our family has enjoyed this property for family get togethers, celebrated holidays, birthdays, girls weekends and bachelorette parties. Our family plan was to always be able to share this special getaway and we are ready for you to experience the same tranquility we have over the years.

Nestled at the end of a point on the North side of Lake Texoma in Texoma Hills, this property has stunning lake views from all floors. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets each day as you enjoy all the comforts of home, in a home away. Space for the whole family and friends, let the relaxation begin when you escape to the lake. This property is located within in a few miles of 3 marinas (Alberta Creek, Catfish Bay & Marina Del Rey) and 2 miles from a public boat ramp. The house is walking distance to the lake shore and there are miles of trails that can be accessed from just at the end of Texoma Hills Road. Enjoy yoga on the balcony or deck, sip your favorite beverage in front of the fire pit or fire place. Beat your family in a game of cards while grilling up your favorite meal, the ways to relax are endless when you visit the lake.

3 upstairs balconies and a large downstairs deck provide ample areas to enjoy the view.
This property is in front of a large several acre open lot that can be used for outdoor activities such as throwing the football, horse shoes or other outdoor activities. There is a tornado shelter on the property (though we have never needed to use it) Ample parking spaces including space for 3 vehicles under the 2 carports. There is a Tesla charger on site for use.
