Welcome to our unique triplex, cottage-style home, which is minutes from Downtown Dunedin. Only a short walk to Main Street and a 12 min drive to Honeymoon/Caladesi Island! Walk to the Pinellas Trail, breweries, eateries, waterfront marina, and Blue Jay baseball stadium. All three villas have their private courtyard and outdoor seating area. Detached Communal laundry on site and ample parking in the back. This beautiful property makes it easy for your group to spend time together AND find quiet moments to yourself. The perfect setting for your next family vacation, corporate retreat, or romantic couples' getaway!
