Charming Property

Such a cute little find in West Campus! Cleanliness and amenities were above & beyond thoughtful, with the extras provided. Definitely look forward to staying here again

Convenient location, parking

Surprised that it was quiet since it was in the midst of student housing. Appreciated the amenities, cleanliness and easy communication with the owner. My only suggestion is a more comfortable mattress.

If you want to be downtown Austin or close to the University of Texas, this rental is perfect. It has all the necessary amenities for staying a weekend or longer. It is comfy, cozy, clean, and cared for. The location is more University environment, than business, but it lends itself to an evironment that is buzzing with fun and liveliness. There are no noise concerns, and the rental is secure with modern tech. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone use this rental in the future. The owner is readily available and helpful to his clients.

Host was nice and let us get into the property a little early as we arrived in town sooner than expected. Overall great bargain for the location.

The condo is located in a good location. Everything is walkable from the condo. The host was quick to respond if I had a question. Would stay here again.
