GOLDEN SANDS Direct Oceanfront Luxury Condo- The Best just got Better!

Many of our tenants return year after year. We take pride in our condo and it shows. Beautifully redecorated and well maintained. New in 2015: carpeting, living room furniture including 2 leather sofas with 4 push button recliners, dining room furniture, bayside bedroom furniture and spreads. Upgraded kitchen and appliances and bathrooms.

Master bedroom features a full-wall window to provide spectacular sunrise views right from your bed! Or watch the beach activity from the balcony adjacent to the living room.

Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's and full baths. Master has king bed. Second BR has 2 double beds.

The Golden Sands is considered one of the premier condos in Ocean City. No need to ever leave the Golden Sands. The huge deck offers an abundance of beach lounges, tables, adult pool, baby pool, Shops, and a delightful tiki bar that serves excellent food & drinks. Music & entertainment are provided several nights a week, much to the delight of families. Volleyball, shuffleboard, and tennis are also 'On deck,' and there's even an adjoining 'Private' beach.

No need to drive. Terrific bus service is just steps away.

Our policy- we do not rent to high school & college groups- families only!!!

The ocean view was beautiful from our balcony.The kitchen had everything we needed. The recliner sofa and love seats were very comfortable. The indoor pool was great for my therapy after knee replacement. We had the pool to ourselves most days to exercise in water.

We had a great time staying here. There are two spacious bedrooms and you can't beat the view! Follow the recommendations and do not try to arrive there during check in.

Great Condo

This property is impressive, with its breathtaking balcony views from the 20th floor and exceptional conditions for taking remarkable sunrise and sunset photographs. When we first arrived, we experienced a technical issue with our cable, but the condo owner quickly responded and resolved the problem, providing top-notch service. My family had a fantastic time and would definitely choose to stay here again if we plan to return to the area for vacation.

The Golden Sands is such a beautiful place!! I loved everything about this place! The view from the 20th floor is AMAZING!!!!! Both the ocean side and bayside!!! We saw some amazing sunsets during our stay, and the view of the ocean when you first wake up in the morning is the best! The condo is so cute and cozy! Looks just like the photos on the website. The unit was clean and comfortable! The staff all around the Golden Sands are very nice and helpful! I definitely would love to stay here again!

Golden Sands for the Win

The condo was clean, nicely furnished, with up to date appliances & plenty of room to relax. Golden Sands has everything you need for a great vacation - the ocean at your door, tiki bar & grill, 2 pools, live music, game rooms, & shops. We highly recommend this unit & its generous owners.

Very Nice Stay

This is the 2nd year in a row for our family of 4 and we greatly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was so nice to walk into a very clean, spacious and comfortable home after travelling, or being on the beach. We thouroughly enjoyed the convenience of having indoor/outdoor pools, tiki bar and the beach all right there. The owner has been tremendous to work with and very responsive. The pictures on the website are accurate.

Perfect Place for a Family W/ Young Kids

Overall a wonderful experience! Condo was more than big enough for the four of us. Absolutely cannot beat that view from the balcony. Check in day was a little chaotic but the Golden Sands had extra help on duty to make it smoother. Tiki Bar is fabulous! Entertainment most nights on the patio was very cool. Only minor complaint was that they seemed to close the outdoor pool prematurely for bad weather that never came.

Great Condo, Perfect Hosts

It was like staying at a generous friend's well kept and perfectly located home. Cathy has info posted about local restaurants & the property. Golden Sands is a complete resort -- food, entertainment, shops, pools, & a bar on site. There was a slight glitch with an appliance when we checked in but one call to Cathy & Nick & it was taken care of in minutes. Maybe I should say less -- I'd like to keep this gem all to myself 😉😊

Very Nice Unit, Elevator Disaster

Our rental unit was very nice, fully equipped, comfortable. But the elevator service was beyond horrible and the Wi-Fi was terrible. I’d stay in the same u it if it was in a different building.
