BEFORE BOOKING THIS LOFT UNIT, please consider the physical abilities of everyone in your group, including children. This is a second-floor condo with no elevator. The loft bedroom is also only accessible via stairs. Due to the layout, the space may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or other physical health considerations. We want your vacation to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible so please take this into account when booking.
Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation:
Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
Check-in time: Typically between 3:00 and 5:00pm.
Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Holiday reservations are non-refundable: Blue Angels Week(7/12/26-7/19/26), 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.
Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking.
All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on the day of arrival.
Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly.

Renters must be 25+years of age.
No Pets
No Smoking/Vaping (this includes balconies and patio)
No Events or Parties
Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and there will be, without exception, a $200 charge.
A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
