Excellent unit and location
We loved our stay at the Madison! The location was perfect for us. Close to the beach and the Broadwalk but still in a quiet area. The unit was very clean and the courtyard was such a lovely place to sit and read! We will definitely be coming back! Host was welcoming and responsive.

Property and owner/manager were great. Unfortunately we were there during some severe weather and flooding which didn't really allow us to fully appreciate the experience. The owner was very responsive and helpful in dealing with the issues that arose from the 2 feet of rain the area received in 24hrs.

Nice 1 bedroom condo with relaxing courtyard just 50 yards from the beach. Plenty of restaurants, amenities and things to do within short driving distance. Allover rating: 8 out of 10. Definitely would come back again.

Great location and nice "vibe"
We unfortunately arrived during a cold spell and as luck would have it, out heater did not work. We contacted mgmt, and they promptly provided a heater the next day...of course the weather turned and we did not need it going forward, but kudos for the quick response. Overall the rental was a good value and our walks on the beach and proximity to the boardwalk with the family made for some great memories!
