Just one block away is the beautiful Plaza Vicente López, known for its mature trees, vibrant atmosphere, and excellent surroundings. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please follow the provided check out instructions!
Must arrange check out time 48 hrs in advance to return the keys back to the property care-taker, and be let out of the building.
Turn off all lights, Appliances, A/C's and TV's. Leave all windows closed/locked. Flush all toilets.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Loud noises, parties, large groups, extra overnight guests, illegal substance or activity, disrespectful behavior, are strictly prohibited.
Check-in and Check-out must be arranged and approved in writing, only between the hours of 10am. and 6pm. M-F; and 10am. and 12noon on Saturday.
Please remove shoes when entering the home and lift suitcases instead of rolling. Respect quiet hours between 10pm. and 8am.

Previously, I have been a very successful host for over 10 years in Kauai Hawaii USA with a couple of second homes. As an Owner/Host, I am a your main point of contact from the beginning till the end, readily available to answer any of your questions or requests.

I have lived in the past and having family mostly in RecoletaI, I ended up acquiring this apartment years ago to bring my American family to visit and to enjoy my Argentinian roots.

Elegant, French style small building, in an excellent central and classy location of Recoleta. Recently renovated like new, spacious, bright, fully equipped apartment for a comfortable stay in a safe and quiet area of Buenos Aires.
