The space
This spacious mid-century loft features, 30ft floor to ceiling entryway, with a wonderful layout. The living room equipped with 75" Smart TV with Premium Cox Cable, Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime. Open dining area with comfortable seating for (4) with access to entertaining back patio.

The primary bedroom has 50" SmartTV and walk-in closet.
The secondary loft bedroom has sliding partition allowing for open loft experience and privacy when closed. It also has has a dedicated work space and direct access to a fun entertaining balcony. This is also where the full size washer and dryer are located.

There's (1) reserved parking space and ample street parking.
