Please keep track of the pool/spa/tennis & pickle ball court/trailgate key. Yes, one key for all! And return it. There is a $50 HOA charge for a new one if guests do not return it upon checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not move the massage chair
Contact host about fireplace if desired. There will be an additional fireplace cleaning fee of $50.
