Magnificent mountain views with resort like back yard. Only approximately 15 minutes east from Scottsdale (101 and Shea Blvd),
Very quiet upscale neighborhood with the slower pace of Fountain Hills but very close to the busy Scottsdale area.
High-end furniture less than 2 years old.
Lots to do from golfing, hiking , biking, boating on Saguaro and Canyon lakes. 2 bikes available to use.
Every sunrise and sunset are simply amazing with nearly 180 views with a beautiful pool in the foreground.
Monthly rental available upon request.
