This beautiful Villa is located a 3 minute drive from Encuentro Beach which is known as the top surfing beach in the Dominican Republic. It overlooks the beautiful El Choco National Park and is an 8 min drive from the center of Cabarete with lots of shopping and delicious eats at beach front restaurants.

I've traveled all over the world, but nothing comes close to the beauty that is Cabarete which is on the North Coast of the lovely island that is the Dominican Republic.

Why they chose this property

This newly built villa sits within a gated community called Encuentro Residences which is secured by a guard 24/7. It's a short 3 minute drive to the beach and 6 minute drive to the center of town that is filled with plenty of shopping and amazing cuisine.

What makes this property unique

Past guests have mentioned how they love the infinity pool of course but also the benefit of being greeted by the beautiful El Choco National Park when you walk out the front door. Encuentro Beach in Cabarate Beach is known as the top surfing beach in the Dominican Republic.
