New to VRBO by experienced Premier Partner host! The home is newly built and located centrally between Midtown, Brookhaven, Buckhead, and Decatur. Featuring high end appliances, quartz countertops, backyard patio seating, and plenty of space for a large group! Book soon and enjoy your stay in Atlanta!

This home is brand new, built in 2022. Come and enjoy some modern features while staying in the heart of Atlanta.
5 bedrooms with 4 full baths and a half bath. The home has 12 bed sleeping options if necessary. We have 5 pillow-top mattress beds (4 upstairs with 3 kings and 1 queen & 1 on the main floor with a king). Additionally in the living room are 3 sleeper sofas, 1 queen and 2 twin. Lastly there are 4 air mattresses located in the common space, 2 kings and 2 queens sizes.
Other things to note
Accurate guest count required by VRBO and insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. If you questions about this, message the host before booking. For example, if you plan on 1 person stay overnight and 5 people visit during the day, the guest count is 6 people. Amazing House Setup
We booked this for our company's annual holiday party. The overall house layout/design is amazing. It's a perfect space to share with coworkers, friends and family. The house is beautiful and clean, as well as incredibly spacious. The host is extremely thorough and responsive. It's by far the best house we have gotten over my last 6 years with the company and we will definitely be looking to reserve for future work trips to the Atlanta area. Thank you!!
