The views from this rental were fantastic. Helpful staff and friendly. The pool on the 1st floor was dirty, mold on the floor. The pool on the roof was great.

Spectacular Views

The room was beautiful & clean! So much space with all necessary amenities. The pools were gorgeous and the view from our balcony allowed us to see all of PV, whales & listen to the soothing waves! We can’t wait to come back & bring our family

Amazing view!

Wonderful place, rooftop pool! You will need a taxi or Uber or the public bus to get anywhere. There are no sidewalks for walking.

Hidden gem

Our favourite place to stay of all the times we have come to P.V.! Located just outside Mismaloya, it is quiet, amazing views of the bay from every room, clean, and excellent staff. Owners of other suites very friendly. No wristbands, no fighting for a lounger, not a thousand rules! 20 minutes from old town.. bus comes by every 10-20 minutes (10 peso). Go into town to the local market for fresh goods. Apt well stocked with everything you need to cook. Front desk staff very helpful and speak great English. Look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful location, beautiful unit

My gal pal and I stayed here for a girls getaway. We were blown away by the unit! It was clean, spacious, well furnished and had breathtaking views. The building itself was also very well-kept, and the staff there was very friendly. The location is a bit far out from all the action of PV, but the quite serenity is something we loved about this place. We spent our days at the rooftop infinity pool relaxing, reading books and watching for whales. Evenings were spent on the balcony drinking margs, listening to the ocean and watching for shooting stars (the stars were abundant!). We both agreed we would definitely recommend this place, and would be happy to stay here again.

The most enjoyable part was the amazing views of wildlife from the balcony: jumping humpback whales, parade of dolphins, large stingrays, pelicans, sea birds, etc. Being a lap swimmer, the choice of two pools was great. A nice heated pool on the rooftop with spectacular views or the lower pool which was cooler and more refreshing for swimming. Taking an Uber or the local bus made transportation everywhere so easy. And the nearby zoo, botanical gardens, Mexican village at Mismalloya,beautiful beach not too far away added to the joy of this day. Being an artist and muralist, the interior design was okay but I would have loved to jazz up the place with some murals.

Spacious well appointed suite, property lacks amenities, both pools are boring and they kept the bathrooms locked at all times, very inconvenient. There are no staff to address anything. It feels like a limited service property. I guess it is because this is not a hotel.

We booked 11 nights with two kids at the BH. On the first day, they lured us into a ' free' breakfast to sell us a timeshare, and when we denied the sales rep got really mad and verbally aggressive. It was the rudest thing ever to happen to me in Vallarta. The property itself is really fancy but far away from everything. Be aware that most of the condos are occupied by so-called owners, and that said, vacationers get treated like second-class citizens. We witnessed several situations where owners complained about short-term renters. This is certainly not a place for families, but if you are comfortable driving a car in Mexico and you are an adult, this is a good place to stay away from the touristy areas. The rooms are spacious, and the view is spectacular.

Beautiful condo with amazing view! The condo is new and very clean! Just be aware that kids can’t go on the top floor pool. We didn’t know before the stay. The ground floor pool is amazing, big and clean! We would definitely stay there again!
