We love this place. We’ve stayed in KBM properties multiple times and have always had great experiences. Clean, convenient, well appointed, and a huge lanai that fits the whole family. Comfortable beds, beach toys, close to the pool. The shuttle for getting around is also nice.

We had an amazing time, best vacation in years. It was a perfect location, we rented e-bikes so we didn't have to deal with local parking at the beaches. The one bedroom condo was perfect. When I booked the reservation, I wasn't sure if I had stayed there back in 2014 but it ended up being the same area/location, just ran by a different company. This specific unit was not outdated like the last one I was in and it had all the amenities and beach equipment needed. Hopefully we can stay at the same spot in the future.

Anniversary trip

The house was clean and had new furnishings. Very well stocked with every that you need for your stay. Also, has several beach supplies in the storage cabinet in the patio. The only issue was a couple of ants in the bedroom. We were also disappointed that the main community pool was closed for repairs.

Amazing Golf Villa

The golf villa is remodeled beautifully and the unit was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Wonderful to have 2 bathrooms. Great patio. Unfortunately we had to move to another golf villa because the air conditioning wasn’t work and needed a part. It was disappointing but we will come back in the near future
