We had a great week at Swiss Villa! The house and pool were great for our family of 4. Sue is very sweet and easy to work with and she made us feel very welcomed.

Great but the hot tub was cold.

Property was great. The hot tub is cold though. Don’t pay for hot tub heating.

It is a gorgeous property located in a beautiful gated community. Sorry that the hot tub didn't work for you. As stated in the 'Guest Information Guide', guests need to allow the hot tub to heat up at least 1-2 cycles especially when the outdoor air temps are under 70. Otherwise the system shuts off after a 3 hour timeframe and then the cool pool water circulation resumes. Sorry that this wasn't more clear. Please let me know as soon as possible when there's a problem, otherwise I don't know there's an issue. That's what I'm here for. Thanks again for your business Jacob! All the best, Sue S.

A huge step above vs all of the hotels in the area. Beautiful place: bright, airy and clean. We loved the pool and hot tub, too- both were clean and in the perfect setting- private.The screened-in porch is huge and we napped out there and ate out there. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are updated with really nice showers.We’d stay there again!
