Incredibly comfortable home located in the heart of Tavernier Key Mile Marker 90.
Large home featuring incorporated downstairs kitchen, family room, and dining area. Upstairs, enjoy a master bedroom with a large balcony that overlooks the water. There are two other bedrooms upstairs. One has a queen bed and the other, full size bunk beds. The fourth room is a cozy family room that has a full-size futon and a twin XL futon leading to the balcony that doubles as an office.
The house has a brand-new hot tub. Enjoy your mornings on the fantastic, screened porch on upstairs balcony. Downstairs patio is large and prime for outdoor cooking and entertaining.
Deep water canal with 50 feet of concrete dock (up to 100 feet of dock available). House comes with 4 kayaks to explore the cove. Waterfront gas station to fuel up your boat one canal over.
Private neighborhood boat ramp and beach access included.
Walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants.
The bayside location of this home goes to a wonderful cove that is perfect for watersports, snorkeling, or just floating in the bay. A 15-minute boat ride away from the world-famous Islamorada Sand Bar. Home is located between Tavernier Creek and Snake Creek for quick offshore ocean access. Carlos and Sonia have grown up in Miami and the Keys. They love being on the boat fishing, skiing or just chilling at the sand bar. We are very excited to be able to share out piece of paradise with you. We are sure you will love the Keys as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
This very comfortable two-story home is a rare find in the keys. It has a very large living space downstairs with the living room, kitchen, dining, and great patio downstairs. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a cozy living room that can sleep 3 or be used as an office. The location is great in the heart of Tavernier. The boating is great. There is a 7-11 gas station on the water one canal over, so filling up the boat is easy. The cove on the bayside is perfect to taking the kids tubing and skiing or snorkeling to look for lobster. Winn Dixie is one mile away from the house so getting the groceries is quick. There are many restaurants in the Islamorada area that are a short drive by boat or car.
