Why they chose this property
It's an old house located in the center of Mexico City, it has 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Living room, dining room, the kitchen with fridge, microondas, refrigerator and everything you need to cook something simple. At the top it has a very nice and quiet terrace where the room with a private bathroom is located. The terrace is very spacious, there you can work, take a sun bath, yoga, relax, etc..
What makes this property unique
San Rafael neighborhood is the oldest neighborhood and one of the most traditional that still preserves the architecture & atmosphere from the yesteryears. It is located in the downtown area of Mexico City, so it is surrounded by avenues and of plenty of transportation, making it much easier to get to know the City. If you like sustainable mobility or you are simply one of the people who enjoys exercising, in this neighborhood it will allow you to use the bicycle or the electric scooter to move for short distances or move to neighboring neighborhoods, such as Roma, Condesa, Polanco and more. A few steps from the Monument of the Revolution and Avenida Reforma you can lose yourself in the streets with its architecture and urban art, live the experience that makes the past and the present converge.
