This thoughtfully designed condo provides tall ceilings, modern décor and floor to ceiling windows. The ground floor has a dedicated office area with a pull-out sofa. The main floor boasts an open floorplan featuring the dining room, kitchen, powder room and living room with a 75’’ TV. The third-floor hosts both bedrooms with full private bathrooms, walk in closets, TV's, queen beds and a primary suite balcony. Last but not least, the top floor steals the show with a wet bar and spacious rooftop patio with a firepit, comfortable seating and amazing views.
