La Bougainvillea: Countryside, beach & shopping

La Bougainvillea is the perfect place for a pleasant vacation in the tranquility of the countryside but close to the beach, city and shopping. Escape from your day to day and make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place located in this gem area called Florida Treasure Coast. You will enjoy all the sights and sounds of farm while easy reach to city life and beautiful beaches. Located within 2 hours north of Miami and 2 hours south of Orlando, best of Florida's larger attractions.

It is a 520 square feet guess suite with an independent entrance attached to the main house (where actual owners live at) with plenty of outdoor space for you to enjoy. The room has an open concept with a main area where a super comfy Queen side bed is plus a twin size sofa bed for an extra guess or kid.

Guess will have access to basically all 5 acres of outdoor space where you can enjoy an relax with nature. We have available 2 adults and 1 kid size bicycles that you can use to ride around the calm and peaceful neighborhood at anytime. Also available a fire pit space, a hammock, zip line, patio with outdoor furniture and more for you to enjoy Florida's outdoor.

Other things to note:
PLEASE READ before choosing La Bougainvillea as your place to stay: We have 3 super friendly dogs in the premises and they will be super happy to see you and say hi to you, this is a 5 acre property and the dogs are usually running around the whole area, treats are always welcome for them. Remember this property is located in the country side of Palm City and even when we have a very good pest control, sometimes you can have an encounter with different critters and animals as coyotes, raccoons, snakes, chickens, hawks, lizards, armadillos, possums among other things.

Because this is a Farm, the entrance to the property is through a double metal farm gate which have to open manually, we do not offer "Valet Parking" and we do not have an automatic/electric gate, it's not heavy or uncomfortable at all but you will have to get out of your vehicle to open the gates (it's just part of the farm life style).

Our property runs on well water and even when we have an excellent 4 stages filtration system, there is sometimes an odor and/or color associated with this specially in raining season. We assure you the water is good and safe for drinking, cooking, bathing, and washing as per mentioned before it runs through a multistage filtration and softening system.

Sorry but no smoking, no vaping and no weed allowed (thanks for understanding other guesses preferences).

Even when we don't encourage it, if you are going to have another person staying with you (other than the max occupancy of 3 people) we will charge an extra $30 per person per night. Visitors are more than welcome all day long but overnight stay will result in extra fees. Thank you for understanding.

We have within the property our own business which is an exclusive and private classic car restoration shop and sometimes noise and other vehicles can be heard or seen. It is also a nice opportunity to see the restoration process and sometimes the final cool looking restored vehicles.

Due that we are in the countryside, our internet is Satellite, so it is not as fast as in the city but yes we do have WiFi and you can stream basically anything with a little bit of patience.
