This house is conveniently located close to the main shopping area in Brenham and close to Round Top. The house is in beautiful shape and very clean. The host is so nice and responsive. The amenities are wonderful and very well thought out. We had a wonderful trip and hope to book here again in the future.

Very nice accommodation. Impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail of household items and bathroom items. Bedding was very comfortable. Looks small from the outside, but was nice and roomy on the inside. Had a wonderful stay.

The property is warm and comfortable. The host provides far more amenities than I have seen in a short term rental. Toiletries, snacks and everyday essentials were all provided. This is an excellent rental and I highly recommend it.

The best!

Great home! Very clean and comfortable! The bedding and pillows are high quality. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked with anything you may need. Highly recommend for visiting Brenham and it is just a short drive to Round Top!

Perfect House

This house was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Air conditioning was superb and much appreciated since the heat index was 105! Great quality mattresses, pillows, sheets and towels. The location is excellent and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The snacks and drinks provided went above and beyond! Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Great House

We really enjoyed our stay at the Green Emerald. The property owners took great care in making our stay great. I especially loved water in the refrigerator and coffee in the morning. The beds were comfortable too!

This charming home is as pictured. Roomy, beautifully appointed, and the location was perfect for us. The host is responsive, and thought of every little thing their guests may need! . We loved this house!

Great home in Brenham.

The Green Emerald is a beautiful house in a great location. The house was extremely cozy. A great place to rest after antique shopping in Round Top. My grandmother and I were blown away by all the amenities they provided throughout each room. I highly recommend The Green Emerald to anyone traveling to Brenham.

Beautiful Green Diamond

Bungalow with lots of space , beautifully redone comfy beds and pillows. The hospitality was wonderful. We came to shop went to Blue Bonnet festival and relaxed. The house is 4 minutes to downtown

Perfect “home base” for local travel

A group of us were in the area for a Highland Games athletic competition at nearby Newman Castle. The Green Emerald made the perfect accommodation for a “home base” for a couple of days. The house is gorgeously redone, spotless without feeling cold or unusable, and perfectly accommodating for those minor toiletries one tends to forget during travel (ahem, shaving cream). Plenty of space, indoors and out, for the five of us in attendance.One of the best I’ve stayed in. Will recommend to anyone I know traveling to the area and will absolutely reserve it again if future trips take me back to Brenham.

Brenham Christmas Festivities

Absolutely wonderful stay at this house! Debra is wonderful to work with and the house was absolutely perfect and clean!!!! We were looking for a wine opener and since there wasn’t one, she made arrangements ti get us one! The beds were very comfortable. All linens and towels were high quality. Excellent amenities all around. The only thing to make this house even better would be to have some patio furniture and maybe a fire pit outside…but that can be for next time! We will be back!!!!

Texas Hospitality at it’s finest!

This home was exactly what we needed for a round top antique shopping extravaganza! The home is extremely clean and perfectly equipped! We traveled in March of 2024 with another couple for a mini vacation and this home was great! A major perk was that the host was super thoughtful with the small details! Extra toothbrush, makeup removing wipes, razor, shaving cream… you name it they thought of it! A very nice! We at an incredible Italian restaurant right down the road that will for sure be an annual thing! Thank you for everything and we will see you next year!

Volleyball getaway

This place was amazing!! I can't say enough good things about it. We do a lot of VRBO's for work and vacations. This was by far at the top of the list. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was super clean, amazing decor. Everything and anything you could need was provided. There were extra charging cords, reading glasses, cotton balls, hair dryers, soap, shampoo, cotton swabs, water in the fridge, sodas. I could go on and on. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again!!!

Brenham getaway

Overall, we had a great stay. The house was in great shape in the interior. We had a few issues, but overall the host was responsive. The listing had mentioned a hot tub, but there was not one present. The host was unaware that it was listed on VRBO as having one. I couldn't ever connect with the Wifi, but after it was reset, my husband was able to. I still couldn't receive phone calls. The space was perfect for what we needed. Lots of cute personal touches. You can tell the owners really care about the house and the guest experience. Overally, we had an enjoyable stay.
