Welcome to Paradise - This is a beautifully appointed ground floor, one bedroom, two bathroom vacation condominium, located in gorgeous Wailea Ekahi. We have all of the amenities of home and can comfortably accommodate singles, couples and families alike! This is a lovely and very private corner unit with direct access to the beautiful outdoors - front, back and side! The condo is the perfect setting for a relaxing Maui vacation - no stairs to climb, no streets to cross, and just a short stroll down the lush greenbelt to one of Ekahi's four swimming pools and the ocean. No street noise and wonderful privacy here!

Enjoy the ocean views from the condo, walk out onto the greenbelt, or stroll down to the ocean front pool or down to one of the nicest beaches on Maui for swimming, boogie boarding, fantastic snorkelling, or tide pool exploring.

The condo has been thoughtfully equipped to make your vacation fun, easy and relaxing. Expect to find beach towels, boogie board, beach chairs and toys as well as snorkelling gear, books, games, crib. All towels, linens and dishes replaced August 2010. New luxurious lanai furniture!

The beautiful oceanfront Ekahi complex is located in sunny Wailea, a prestigious and breathtaking resort area of Maui. Ekahi village offers 33 acres of lush, tropical vegetation, four swimming pools, paddle tennis, shuffleboard and a beachfront pavilion.

Perfect spot to stay on Maui

My wife and I loved staying here. The condo itself has a lot of room and the kitchen was well stocked. There was also more than enough beach gear and we didn't have to rent anything during our stay. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful place to stay!!

We would totally recommend this property! Well maintained and very clean. Private lanai’s and a nice view of the ocean. The unit has everything you need for your stay !! Lots of pools to choose from and a short walk down to the beach and Wailea walking path.

Little oasis

The accommodation was fantastic with a well equipped kitchen and other great amenities. The owners were accommodating and provided us with everything we needed for a turnkey stay. The main pool and proximity to the beach were some of the best features of the location. I highly recommend this listing for future visits to Maui.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Beautiful property. Quiet and relaxing. Short walk to beach with amazing sunsets. Property as described. No bad decisions can be made on a vacation in Maui especially ending a long day exploring coming back to this condo.

Great little condo!

Ekahi Village is by far the best location! Good condo overall, had some sewer issues right away but owner was super quick to get it resolved. Walking distance to pool and beach, have to walk up the hill on the way back which was tough with beach equipment, but just as easy to drive too.

Cozy. Close to pools, grills, beach and parking. Kitchen - very low water pressure in sink. Great frig/freezerThe lawn sprinkling system soaked the lanai table, chairs and carpet multiple times making the table unusable. Several of the chairs on the lanai are about to collapse. The shower floors are old and in need of cleaning as the grout is discolored.The televisions took some time to figure out how to use as there were too many control devices.

Well appointed condo in a quiet location. High quality bed linens and the new washer and dryer were greatly appreciated. More attention to detail needed in the general cleaning of the condo. Ceilings were stained and very dusty and the patio furniture needs a facelift. Microwave did not work. Owner was prompt and organized with responses and a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent Condo with ocean facing Lanai offering great daytime and sunset ocean views. Wailea Ekahi is a great complex with oceanfront heated pool & direct beach access from pool deck. Condo is well decorated & maintained, with Beach toels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, and snorkel & boogie boards all provided.easy short walk to pool & beach.

We love Ekahi! Beautifully maintained landscaping, excellent common areas (pools, pavilion, bbqs) and removed from Kihei noise. Condo is halfway back in property and like ability to walk down to beach without searching for a parking spot. Quiet at night. Lanai has large dining table and loungers that make every Maui evening and morning relaxing. Comes with beach chairs, a wheeled cooler, snorkel gear and beach toys so you are set for the beach. Good communication with owner. We stayed here 12 years ago and condo just as we remembered. Great vacation!

Loved the Location

Fourth visit to Ekahi Village, first time in 17A. Very quiet and private with a nice view. Kitchen well equipped and a/c unit in bedroom very efficient. The stand-alone a/c in the living room was overwhelmed by the typical heat and humidity of the islands. It was pretty much useless and very noisy. Lanai furniture needs an upgrade. Proximity to various pools on the property was good. Overall - a pleasant stay.

IN A WORD.....BEAUTIFUL

We had an amazing and relaxing vacation in Maui staying at this absolutely beautiful vacation home! It had everything we could need or want. Including unique artwork, extremely comfortable bed, privacy and a stunning view of the Ocean off the main patio area. This home feels like a home away from home and is everything the vacationer could ask for when visiting the Hawaiian Islands. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and for opening up your little piece of paradise for others to enjoy!

Lovely hawaiian home like condo.

Wailea Olajuwon is a beautiful complex of 1970s condos on a hillside overlooking keawekapu beach. You can walk from this condo down a big grassy hill to the oceanfront pool and pavilion. The home is full of original Hawaiian art, a lovely library and super stocked kitchen. Very comfortable for two people with a terrific lanai for enjoying coffee and dinner. The interior of the condo is on the older side but did not take away from the enjoyment of our stay. Parking is close and safe. The grounds are lush with flowers and vegetation. Very quiet at night. Best part is the proximity to the Wailea beach walk and the many bars and restaurants. Fabulous snorkeling within walking distance or a very short drive.

Ekahi Village

This condo was in a good location and as people who enjoy cooking the kitchen had everything we would possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable. Added bonus were the beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella,etc. Nightly on the lawn just beyond the front door a group of people gathered to watch the amazing sunsets. The owner, Ian, was very responsive to any of our questions. I highly recommend this condo.

PERFECT LOCATION

It was exactly as listed. We knew the owners hadn't been able to get there since the beginning of the pandemic and thought we would be lucky to even find salt in the kitchen. However, it was nicely stocked and all we had to buy was coffee and food for ourselves. There were beach towels and chairs and we spent every evening watching the sunset on the gorgeous beach. The bed was comfortable and the AC and fan in the bedroom kept the sleeping temperature perfect. The AC in the main room was only a window one but we found opening the sliding doors in the morning and evening kept the area comfortable.

Great stay

This rental really fit our family so well. Starting off with the property in general, it was amazing. The complex is incredible and so well maintained. Parking was extremely plentiful and easy. It has multiple pools and direct beach access from the main pool. The main pool is really nice with amazing views. The pavillion next to the main pool is great for gathering and to watch the sunset. Water and ice machines were a nice plus. Complex also has shuffleboard and tennis courts which we did not take advantage of. The best part of the unit is the lanai which has great views and great outdoor space to eat and lounge. We spent so much time on the lanai. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the ice machine and Brita water filter were great to have. The TV has access to multiple streaming services. We used the sofa bed which was on the firm side. The window AC in the living room was very helpful considering the hot temps while we were there. The 2 bathrooms also came in very handy for the 3 of us. The washing machine/dryer worked very well. Main bedroom had plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. Only issue we had was related to our arrival. Seems like the house cleaners had a brain fart and did not leave any toilet paper. It wasn't fun to have to drive to the store on the night arrival because there wasn't any toilet paper

Beautiful, well-equipped unit in an outstanding location

We had a wonderful stay in this extremely comfortable and well-equipped unit. The owners were super responsive to our questions before the trip and very understanding when we had a logistical problem with our arrival. The unit itself was very clean with new-seeming linens and towels, LOTS of kitchen equipment and most if not all of the items we would need on the beach. Slept great with comfortable, large bed and A/C unit in the bedroom. Beautiful lanai to hang out on in the evening. We would love to go back!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect place! It was stocked with everything we needed and we just loved dinners out on the lanai. It is in an amazing location and the property itself is beautiful and has a fun atmosphere! Would definitely come back on our next trip to Maui.

Why they chose this property

We have been vacationing on Maui for over 20 years (since 1994) and have stayed in numerous places in South and West Maui, as well as having travelled to virtually every area of the Island. A few years ago we visited some friends who were staying at Wailea Ekahi. They had grown up vacationing at Wailea Ekahi and it was clear why - we knew instantly that we had found the perfect location. Wailea Ekahi is a beautifully landscaped, superbly well maintained 33 acre development right on the water in sunny South Maui, and an easy 10 minute walk to the Shops at Wailea. The units are well-designed, the property has four pools, including one that our kids love to play in, and direct access to the beach - no more crossing the street! The development is private, yet friendly, and there is no traffic noise or other bother. When the opportunity to own our own beautiful unit in this paradise arose, we jumped. We love it here, and we hope you will too!

What makes this property unique

In addition to all of its other features, our remodelled unit has a 55”' TV with Hi Definition digital cable and literally 100s of channels to keep you entertained in the event that you want to get a break from the Maui sunshine!

Keawakapu beach, which is accessible from the Ekahi grounds, is one of the nicest beaches on Maui. From this beach, you can walk the boardwalk past the grand resort hotels of Wailea and the Shops at Wailea, or just on your way to the Starbucks at the Wailea Marriott for your favorite morning blend.
