The floor plan for this bright and stylish unit includes an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a living room with a sectional, and one bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed. The kitchen has a toaster oven/air fryer, a Keurig, a microwave, and a fridge (it does not have a stove). Perfect if you just want to enjoy your coffee in the morning and savor all the amazing restaurants Naples has to offer. The living area and the bedroom both have a mini split air conditioner for your comfort.

Very clean and great use of space

We found the place was very clean and well organized. Plus close to good restaurants and places to go for entertainment. The host was great.

Modern and cozy

This was a great location to stay at! Rental was very clean and decorated very nice. We enjoyed having wifi and tv access. The only downside was the privacy for the bathroom, there is a connecting door to another unit on the other side and we could clearly hear them when we were using the bathroom. Overall would definitely stay there again!

Elizabeth was an amazing guest and she is welcome back anytime. Thank you for your feedback regarding the connecting door. We have removed the door, insulated the area and put drywall. This has eliminated any noise from traveling through the units.

Quaint VRBO near 5th Avenue Naples

Very clean and quaint property. Host was very responsive. We had trouble using code in bright sunlight so she quickly provided us with a key. Bathroom location between bedroom and living area a little bothersome but overall a very nice place to stay.
