Great Property and Hosts

We spent five days at this house last week and were very pleased with the whole experience. The cleanliness of the place was especially good... one of the best we've seen and we have very high standards. Also, the hosts were very responsive. Definitely recommend.

We did a mother/daughter getaway and had the best time here! We had narrowed down our search to 15 properties and landed on this one. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. Cleanliness and a calm, beautiful aesthetic were high priorities and it did not disappoint us. I left with design inspiration, a rested body and spirit, and my sister got to burn all her energy on the mountain in the backyard. Win, win, win. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant to take evening walks in. The house was well-stocked, informative (with signage throughout) and even had a little challenge for you to accomplish, which I loved. It is very thoughtfully done. We'll definitely be back!

Great winter break

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. Walking distance to a host of very nice hiking trails and great place to watch the sunset. The neighborhood, was very quiet and very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and dinking on the small pickleball court. The home was clean and well maintained. The hosts were incredible. Very responsive, courteous, and helpful in all communication. The majority of our time is was just my wife and I, but the home is a great size and very well equipped and nicely furnished to accommodate a larger group with 4 nice sized bedrooms and 3 full baths. We have put it on our "stay again" list.

Joel and his wife were wonderful guests and we would welcome them back anytime. Joel was very kind, communicative, and provided us a couple new adventures ideas to share with future guests. Thank you for staying at our place and treating it like your own.

Great golf getaway in north Phoenix

We had a fantastic stay. The house is spacious, clean and stocked with great amenities. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. Very well appointed kitchen and great room area were a popular gathering spot. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. We utilized the nice Weber grill multiple times. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The few neighbors we encountered were very friendly. Short walk to Lookout Mountain hiking trails was great as well. We all agreed we would love to stay here again next time. We had 6 adults and it was perfect for a group this size and would have worked for 8 as well. Easy check-in and very responsive and accommodating hosts. The showers were great as well!

We are a family of four that loves to travel. We started traveling with our kids when they were babies because we knew the memories would be with us forever. As we started to experience different locations, we kept a running list of places where we would want to own a home and share it with others. Our goal finally became a reality and we are thrilled to share the first home under the Sparrow Luxury Rentals name. This will be the first of many, but our goal is to not only bring you luxury because the home is extremely large, but bring you luxury because of the details! Details have always made a huge difference when we travel and those details are the things we continue to talk about today. We are confident that when you rent from us, you will notice and appreciate all of the details we've thought about to make your vacation and your stay extra special! We can't thank you enough for choosing our home and we look forward to making it a memory that stands out.

Why they chose this property

Enjoy the amazing experiences inside and outside of our homes without the distraction of dingy floors, dinged-up trim, or dated furnishings. We see every Sparrow home as an extension of our own, so no pillow goes unfluffed, no kitchen unscoured, no dust-bunny unswept to provide you the elegant and immaculate environment you deserve.

Beyond the basics, each room is thoughtfully appointed with contemporary finishes, state-of-the-art technology and little touches that underscore our belief that little things make all the difference. And we invest 20% of our revenue back into every Sparrow home so that your future visits feel as fresh and contemporary as the one today. If you feel that you are the first-ever guests in our home, we’ve done our job.

What makes this property unique

We strive to provide vacation home experiences that never start with, “I wish this place had....”. As you enter a Sparrow home, endless amenities surround you, from a high-end kitchen, roof-top deck, smart TVs and house-wide audio, to a diving pool, a gym...even a putting green.

Outside the home, the conveniences continue. Every Sparrow home is perfectly situated near a plethora of outdoor destinations and activities. Invigorating mountain hikes, luxury shopping and dining options, world-class golf courses...the list is endless. And it’s all available with your Sparrow Luxury Home experience.
